Our beautiful three bedroom Bear Hollow Village townhouse is located at the base of Utah's Olympic Park. Minutes from Deer Valley, Park City and The Canyons ski resort. Incredible views of the Olympic Park right off the kitchen and master bedroom balcony. We also have air conditioning on the top floor for those warm summer nights.
Our townhouse sleeps 9 - 10 and has two full baths, a powder bath, and a bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large flat screen TV and large walk in closet. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, 3rd bedroom has bunk beds. The loft has a trundle bed which sleeps two. The basement den has a sofa bed, which will sleep 1 or 2. The kitchen has everything you could ask for. Granite countertops. Stainless steel appliances, double oven. The dining table sits 8 and the bar has three bar stools.
Step down into the family room and you will find a large flat screen TV gas fireplace and plenty of seating.
The townhouse is fully equipped with everything you will need for an amazing visit to beautiful Park City.
Other amenities include: Wi-Fi, two-car garage and full size washer and dryer. The clubhouse has a swimming pool (open in the summer) fitness center and hot tub.
No smoking or pets please.

We loved our stay this past Thanksgiving week here in PC. The boys snowboarded and we ran, walked and hiked. We relaxed in front of the cozy fire each night - this was just the break we all needed to prep for a busy winter ahead. Thank you so much! I spent a weekend in Park City with my girlfriends and had such a fun time. This condo was in such a great location that we could sleep in and be off to shopping minutes away. It was sooo clean and comfortable that I hope to come again with my family for a fun ski weekend. Thanks for representing your place well and with correct information. A great value as well.

I very much enjoyed this beautiful, comfortable home while staying in Park City. It is very close to all of the Park City venues (The Canyons, Park City, Jeremy Ranch, Deer Valley) and Salt Lake City. After a short drive from the airport, the property manager greeted us with the keys and said he was available 24/7. After enjoying the activities of the surrounding area, it was fun to come 'home' to a nice warm fireplace and great family room. We saved money by preparing our own meals in the kitchen that was well stocked with a double oven, and plenty of room. We had as much fun staying in as we did going out. We look forward to going back next summer and enjoying the summer activities Park City has to offer.

We went to stay here for a weekend away from the kids, and I was blown away by how close it was to everything. It was not too far to Main Street Park City and it was really close to the outlets and great restaurants, as well as the movie theaters. The place was SO clean, had so much room and had all the upgrades. Granite counter tops, custom kitchen and a jetted tub. It was so fun to cuddle up next to the fire. I would stay here again and again. So reasonable for the price!

This place was extremely nice! The pictures don't do it justice with high vaulted ceilings and beautiful master bath. Very modern, extremely clean, and much more than I expected in a luxurious retreat. The kitchen was fully equipped (with a double oven) and the entire place was so comfortable, expecially the beds. We had a BBQ on the back deck while looking at the Olympic park mountain. Walking trails close-by and the clean mountain air makes this place even more inviting. Can't wait till our next trip with the whole family and grandkids. We will definately stay again!

The pictures don't do it justice. We've stayed their twice now and plan to stay there every time we are in Park City. This home is fully equiped with everything you need. Our family of eight was very comfortable and the owner was so great to work with. She made our stay so wonderful.
