You will love this home! This is actually in SOUTH Kihei 2 blocks from Wialea. Relax on a huge covered lanai with an awesome 180 degree ocean view from the lanai, living room, dining room, kitchen, sun room, and master bedroom. There is usually a wonderful tropical breeze off the ocean to cool you after a busy vacation day or for just relaxing with a book. It is located 1/2 mile from a beach park, 2 miles to Wailea, and features sweeping views from most rooms. Situated at the South end of Kihei in a very quiet, safe neighborhoodonly 3-5 minutes to grocery, Wailea golf, restaurants, and beach.

This is a multilevel 4 bedroom home with large rooms giving 8 to 10 people plenty of space and privacy. It has 3.75 baths.
You enter the home from the ground level where you will find a large queen bedroom and full bath. Up a wide stairway you will find the spacious living, dining room and kitchen. They feature a cathedral celing and ocean view. The master bedroom and lanai are also on this level and all have great ocean views.
The huge master suite (600 sq ft) has private glass sliders leading to the ocean view deck, a luxurious bath with tandem soaker tub, tandem shower and sinks.
There are two additional bedrooms (with king beds) and a full bath another short flight of stairs off the living room. One bedroom has ocean and mountain view, and the other has mountain view and deck. Three bedrooms have AC.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer / dryer.
There is a huge flat Screen TV in living room, and tvs in 3 bedrooms. Free WIFI and High speed internet is available. There is also beach equipment, chairs, towels. There are hair dryers in every bathroom.
This home is in a very safe, quiet upscale neighborhood wiht plenty of parking and it is in a location in South Kihei where you will not get the smoke from the burning sugar cane fields.
There are many good beaches in Kihei and Wialea. within 1/2 mile to 5 miles :
Keawekapu, Kam I, II & III, Makena, Little Beach, Big Beach, Charlie Young & The Cove
Also close by are some very good restaurants, Freds Mexican Rest (good taco tuesday) and Moose McGillcutties.

This home sits in a very quiet neighborhood and has been kept in good condition. We do not want loud, roudy, rude vacationers that disrespect the nieghborhood at our home. Our neighbors are not on vacation. If you want a very nice home in a very nice QUIET neighborhood, please inquire. Please go to a hotel instead if your group plans on partying all night.
