This beautiful condo has two large bedrooms with two king beds and a small third bedroom with bunkbeds. The master suite has ocean and pool views, a bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower, a large walk in closet, flat screen TV and adjoins the huge deck that connects with the main living area.
The second large bedroom has a view of the Sierra Madres and has a king bed, huge closet and is right next to the main large bathroom which has a big shower. The third bedroom is small but has it's own closet, separate bathroom with shower and comfortable bunkbeds.
The main living area has comfortable leather seating for six, a flat screen TV, dining for six with two barstools at the kitchen counter and great views of the pools and ocean. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances and is stocked with crystal glassware for you wine lovers as well as Mexican blue glass for more casual dining.
Of course there's a dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer and dryer and a water filtration system that services the kitchen. The huge deck has dining for six and two lounge chairs. Our condo is in the third tower, is approx. 1500 sq. feet and has great views from it's second story location.
High speed Wi-Fi and SKY satellite are provided to keep you connected and air conditioning is in every living space to keep you comfortable. But one of the best things about this property is the great location. Puerto Vallarta, Sayulita, Punta Mita, Liverpool Mall and Adventures Vallarta are within easy access by bus, taxi or rental car.
Our beach is the most beautiful in Nuevo Vallarta and goes on for miles. Enjoy the sunset from the deck and then fall asleep to the sound of ocean waves.
Another great asset is Dreams Hotel. The evening entertainment and many recreational activities provide something for everyone! You'll also love our wonderful property managers Peter and Sherrie who also happen to live in our tower year round and do a great job.

Our experience at Villa Magna was excellent from every aspect: efficient welcome, comfortable and well outfitted condo unit, secure environment, close to the beautiful beach and close to any and all conveniences one would need while holidaying in Nuevo Vallarta. Good value for money charged and definitely on list for possible return visit.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children.

We booked this condo for a Christmas vacation with our famililies. One family of 6 stayed in this unit and the set-up couldn't have been better. It is 1 floor up so easy for everyone to use the stairs, rather than waiting for the elevator. The pictures are completely accurate - the view is amazing. The Dreams resort is a wonderful facility and the staff is very friendly. We purchased the all-inclusive wristbands which covered all food and beverages - so the kitchen in the condo was just used as a snack centre. I would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

Description was right on. Property was very well maintained in side and out including pools and all outside areas. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every evening enjoying drinks and dinner which was made and served by Gloria - she made our stay fantastic. The only downside was the king bed in the 2nd bedroom was extremely hard, it felt like it was just a box spring. The other couple with us had a backache the whole time, I would recommend the owners put some sort of egg crate on top. All in all we had a great time and the weather was superb.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children.

Although it's a very high quality mattress, it's on the firm side so we'll put a topper on it for those that prefer a softer mattress option. Linda, We just got home from Mexico today. We had an absolutely wonderful time in Nuevo Vallarta. We loved the condo and everything was great! We only wished that we had been able to stay for more time. It was not crowded at all and a really beautiful place. Don't really have any suggestions to think of. Having the air conditioning was nice because it was very hot there. It was nice to have it in the evenings! I am going to save your info in the event we can return again. We would like to go back. Linda and Guy, What a Great Get Away! This condo is not only beautifully decorated with all of the modern amenities but the secure compound makes you feel safe and relaxed. The facility with multi pools and gorgeous views of the ocean invite long walks on the beach or enjoying one of the many activities such as, Boogie Boarding, Snorkeling or Dining at one of the many local restaurants. What a wonderfull experience! My wife, I and our two children recently stayed at Villa Magna at this unit and enjoyed it so much we are coming back next month. The unit is in every way tastefully decorated and furnished with all top end amenites,aplliances and details. We especailly appreciated the small touches such as crystal stemware. The unit offers immacualte luxury living and everything for great entertaining is present. Our favorite amenity aside from the great location and endless clean beaches is the enormous infinity pool impeccably kept..perfect for lounging. Villa Magna is a more tastefull "boutique" complex on a more "Human Scale" than the more "mass market" "high volume" older complexes in other parts of PV. Next time your in Nuevo Vallarta take a look at the larger complexes than take a look at Villa Magna and you will see why we like this develpoment so much..again very tastfull! This great unit faces the ocean for an unobstructed view of the water and glorious sunsets ..this is a real plus as many units at VM face north. Overall this unit offers great living, luxury,style and value compared with others in PV. We highly recommend this development and unit! Best time we ever had!Did you find this review helpful? It was rare to travel to such a beautiful place and find it’s equal in this wonderful condo. Knowing that the condo is gated is an added safety feature, but it is matched when you walk inside as if to the comfort of your own home. The windows/sliding glass doors offer amazing views and easy access to your own personal terrace. The swimming pools are infinity style that give the illusion of never ending waters and the near by beaches are clean and gorgeous. The condo is decorated in a warm, modern fashion. About the owner: Our names are Guy and Linda Colbert and we both grew up in southern California and after getting married owned and operated a restaurant called Steinbecks Creative Cuisine on beautiful Balboa Island in Newport Beach California. Eventually we purchased the Oyster Bar restaurant overlooking Samish Bay and the San Juan islands in Washington State. We've raised our family in Washington and have enjoyed the natural beauty, many recreational opportunities, and living on Lake Whatcom in Bellingham. We recently became empty nesters and are enjoying more time traveling together and spending time with our new friends here in Nuevo Vallarta.
Why the Owner Chose Villa Magna:
After looking for a vacation home in Florida, Hawaii and the Carribean, we finally found the perfect spot right here in Nuevo Vallarta. We chose this location because of the beautiful beachs, amazing amenities, fantastic weather, cultural opportunites, the warm and friendly people and the fact that it's a short 4 1/2 hour direct flight from Seattle.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Guy and I enjoy being active and here there is always something fun going on. There's beach volleyball, swimming, tennis and on and on. There's also a gym, fantastic swimming pools and great biking as the surrounding area is flat and interesting. The water trampoline is really fun and jetskiing and parasailing are often options on our beach. The night life is great too as there are great restaurants nearby and of course up and down the coast, not to mention jazz, nightclubs, and art walks. There's also a new theatre in Puerto Vallarta that features world class productions such as the Russian Ballet performing Romeo and Juliet and The Nutcracker. The people are great, the food fantastic and the weather is wonderful. There's a great kid's camp for children 3-10 and the evening shows are very good and family friendly. Tours and adventures may be booked at the hotel and many pick you up at the hotel. You can earn your Scuba certification, as we did, through Vallarta Adventures right here in the Dreams pool. Massages can be had in the spa or on the beach, beauty services are available in the salon, and of course the entire property is secure and immaculate. There's a turtle restoration program just to the south that does presentations and allows participation in baby turtle releases. Best of all, we've really enjoyed meeting new friends from all over the world.
