Enjoy a Tigertail Beach view from both bedrooms, living area, and balcony of this 2-bedroom, 2-bath, condo. We enjoy a glass of wine sitting on our balcony watching the spectacular sunsets. This up-dated condo has a new flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi internet access right in the unit. Both bedrooms have large, walk-in closets. Each room has a ceiling fan. Everything is here for your vacation enjoyment. We have just added brand new windows throughout and a new door to the balcony. Only a few units in the building have updated these.
The Gulfview Club has a heated pool, tennis courts, a fitness center, and a social room. Direct access to the marvelous Marco Island beach is just through our private access walkway. Parking is provided in a covered garage with an assigned space for our unit.
Marco Island beach is famous for its many varieties of shells that are easy to find. We also especially enjoy the dolphins, pelicans, egrets, and ibises that are frequently seen on the gulf and on the beach. A short distance down the beach you can rent jet skis, sailboats, or go parasailing. Restaurants, food stores, pharmacies, a movie theater, and all kinds of shops are all close by.
