This condo has a view of one of the four golf courses the Resort has to offer, and a beautiful view of the lake. You have the pool, the beach, the bay, the Baytowne Village Wharf, many places to eat and shop and the list goes on.
This villa has two master suites, both with king beds. This is a 3 bed 3 bath home and it is beautifully decorated. This villa is on the ground floor of the building. The living area has a sofa, love seat, and oversized recliner with a bamboo style entertainment center. The living area is open to the full size kitchen which comes completely equipped. On the back deck is a covered lanai, which looks out onto the lake and walkover bridge to the golf course. This is a wonderful relaxing area to enjoy your morning coffee or a beautiful Florida sunset. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bath including a double vanity, a soaker tub and a separate shower. The second bedroom has king bed with a private bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds, also with a private bath.
The Turnberry Villas are a separate community within Sandestin. The villas host an inviting pool with a gazebo, chairs, and changing rooms. It also has a number of ponds and lakes for you to do some catch and release fishing, all you need is your pole and some bait! The Resort is gated, exclusive, beautifully landscaped, and is a wonderful family vacation spot. You get it all, white sandy beaches, the bay, the lakes, exciting Baytown Village with its restaurants, live entertainment and activities and a very exclusive Marina at the Wharf. There are lighted walking and biking trails, shopping, ice-cream parlors, and much more. There is something for every-one of all ages from family movies on the green, to concerts and nightlife with dancing and family fun. You can play on the beach all day and then party at the Baytowne Wharf all night.
The Emerald Coast on the western panhandle of Florida is often referred to as the “Sugar Beach” because of the nearly pure white super fine silica sand that has the consistency of sugar. These super refined crumbs of the Appalachian Mountains have been washed down from the mountains for thousands of years. This area’s sand is almost 97% pure quartz. This sand is so soft, it will squeak under your feet. Little wonder that it is considered one of the finest beaches in the world! Frommer’s magazine named the Florida Panhandle one of the top ten most beautiful places in the world for 2010! Western Florida boasts over 300 sunny days per year. Water temps are in the high 80's in the summer and low 70's to mid 60’s in winter.
Notice: There is limited parking in most areas of the resort, you may park 2 vehicles, possibly three if small enough in front of most properties, parking in the street is not allowed due to emergency vehicle access, otherwise special arrangements need to be made with security for more autos or RV's. Violations may result in fines.
