Just off the living room is a large screened outdoor living area complete with stone fireplace, flat screen TV & 6 person dining table to make the most of your time in the mountains.
Lower level is fully equipped to keep the kids entertained. It features a large 16 x 30 TV/Game Room complete with large screen TV, Stereo system, DVD and Play Station game console. Separate bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds, full bath and covered porch with swinging bed and sitting area
The upstairs has two bedrooms and one bath, one bedroom has a queen bed and great views and the other has a custom queen size bunk bed.

- Bear Lake Reserve is a 2100 acre community built on one of the last undeveloped lakes in the Western North Carolina region. The lake has over 13 miles of shoreline and is 500 acres. One of Bear Lake Reserve’s amenities is the Mill Pond Pavilion which features an indoor kitchen and sitting area, covered outdoor seating and fireplace, and two stocked trout ponds. The Bear Lake Reserve Golf Club allows you to get in 9 holes of golf at an elevation of 4,000 feet with breathtaking views in every direction and still have time to get down to the Lake Club. Where you can swim in one of the heated pools or hot tubs, enjoy fishing or water-skiing on the lake or relax in the sauna and steam room, work out in the fitness center, watch a movie in the theatre,and then go upstairs for a lunch or dinner. Other amenities at Bear Lake Reserve include miles of manicured hiking trails, outdoor fire hearths, tee pee, tree houses and tent platforms for camping.
