Everything about our experience at this vacation rental was superb! The condo itself was extremely clean and in excellent condition. The patio overlooking the Gulf of Mexico was connected to two seperate screen doors from the living room and master bedroom, which allowed for ocean acoustics throughout the night. Also, the check-in and check-out instructions were easy to understand. I almost forgot to mention, the condo included chairs and toys that could be used at the beach. This allowed us to avoid the 22.95 chair fee that was being charged by vendors on the beach. We would consider renting this condo again and would highly recommend it to other vacation renters.

The condo has an excellent view of the ocean. It is very nice having sliding doors to the balcony from the living room and the master bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds. This was perfect for our two teenage children. The kitchen has new stainless appliances plus every type of cookware, dishes and glasses that one could need! Another great feature is the ice maker in the kitchen. It makes enough ice to fill cooler each day for the beach. The owner provided very good customer service to our family. We would definitely rent this property again if we get the chance!

I was really skeptical with renting through this system because of paying ahead of time and not knowing if everything was legit. Well it was! The communication with the owner was wonderful and proved to be very helpful and correct. The unit was perfect with plenty of space for all 5 of us especially those 2 queen beds for our teenagers. The view was AMAZING- right on the beach so we had our coffee and meals out on the terrace. He even had alot of DVD's for the family to watch and plenty of beach chairs so we didn't have to rent them. There is a separate ice maker for the unit which was perfect for the cooler for the beach. Destin is a couple of minutes away so there was no difference staying on Fort Walton beach except that it wasn't as crowded. They even had lifeguards that patrolled the beach area. We loved the food at Fishermans Wharf the most. AJ's restaurant cooked the fish we caught on the fishing trip for only $6.95 per person and it was wonderful. Fireworks display on Thursday night at the bridge going in to Destin. The outlet store has some great deals. Overall, this was a relaxing trip and alot of fun for the family. We would stay at this unit again for sure. Susan/ Tulsa, Ok.

We loved our vacation. The condo was excellent. It was very clean, it had everything that the owner had promised. The view was wonderful. Every morning we would have breakfast on the balcony & watched the dolphins. The pool was clean & all the staff was very nice to us. There was a beach service, great weekly rates & Chris, was really friendly. It was close to Destin so it was close to good shopping, and resturants. We had 4 adults & 3 teenagers, everyone had a ball. We will definitely return.

We really enjoyed staying in this Condo. It was right on the beach with a beachfront (not beach view) balcony on the third floor, which let you view the ocean wonderfully over the breaker sand dune. The facility was very clean, the pool was extremely nice and clean, and was wonderful for kids. Our 6 year old daughter was a wonderful time on the beach and in the pool. We were only a few hunderd yards from down town Fort Walton, but at our location the traffic wasn't bad and everything was easy to get to. We were also only a few minutes away from Destin. Both towns have plenty to do as far as family entertainment and the food was wonderful, especially Bellisimo's Pizzaria. Back to the condo experience though...the transaction for the condo was easy and very upfront. Dennis has a very nice place and a very affordable price in comparison. We would definitly recommend this condo, and will definitely be staying here again.

We had a great time staying here. Everything was clean and well maintained. The owner was great to work with as far as answering our questions and checking to make sure everything was okay. We have already recommended this place to several of our friends.

The condo is perfectly situated right on the beach, close to the water, and provided an excellent view of the gulf. The condo is a bit dated, but was very clean, quiet, and generally well kept with very comfortable beds. It doesn't have some of the amenities of newer condo units, but is a very good value for the price. We will definitely consider coming back.

Property needs some updating, but was perfect for our family. Large kitchen and bathrooms. 2 queens in second bedroom was much better than 2 twins! Location on beach was great. 3rd floor ocean front patio was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon cocktail. Patio was deeper than most and spacious. We apprecated the "toys" that owner left for guest use---bogie boards, frisbees, sand toys. We loved that the master bedroom opened to the ocean, and patio. Tom Thumb convenience store next store came in handy. Pool was nice, and never busy. Try Fokkers in town for great pizza. Owner accommodated early check in when we drove through the night. Awesome waves and near-perfect weather made for a super family vacation!

All I can say is, WOW! The condo was more than we expected. The view from the balcony was worth it all! The living room and kitchen were great. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Great room and owner very good to work with. We arrived a little early on our check in and he went out of his way to get us in as quick as possible. We had driven all night to get there. The kitchen was well equipped with blender, coffee pot and plenty of utensils and pots and pans. There was a very good icemaker that worked great. There were some DVDs, a few board games, some books and a large deck. There was also some lounger chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. If only the weather would have cooperated. Rained or cloudy every day we was there. We did enjoy the room, shopping at the San Destin Outlet Mall and ate and ate!!! No pets and no smoking made it nice too. The only thing I would suggest would be new kitchen cabinets and a new king mattress. Definitely will go back.

This condo was perfect. The view of the gulf was breathtaking. I loved that this unit was very roomy and well stocked. My husband and I took our children and our grandbaby for a week long vacation. This unit was just the right size for all of us. The master suite had a king size bed, which I loved and the second bedroom had two queen beds. Everyone had their own bed, but if we needed there was a fold out bed on the sofa. I loved that it has a seperate ice maker. We never ran out of ice. The owner was great to work with. Any questions I had he answered in a timely manner. If you are wanting a unit with a view, this one is the one to stay in. I will be back.

Very nice vacation condo. Third floor location directly on the beach. Wonderful beach view. Large kitchen with ice maker. The only thing missing was a cutting board. (We did not want to ruin the counter tops.) Large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a view of the ocean and connects to the balcony. Clean bathrooms with plenty of towels. Adjacent to the parking lot was a convenience store. This was great because you did not have to drive to get drinks, milk, etc. We would love to come back.

Beautiful view. The large kitchen had everything we needed, except a cutting board. We did not want to ruin the cabinet tops. TVs in each room. Plenty of towels in each bathroom. The location was great, right on the beach and close enough to walk to the nearest convenience store. We hope to come back.

We arrived at 6:30 pm on Friday, May 7th and were so impressed with this condo! The unit was exactly as the pictures on the web site- the balcony from our third floor unit was huge and we were directly on the beach. The furnishings were in excellant condition and the unit was spotless. We were pleasantly surprised to find a separate ice maker in the room- great for keeping our special wine chilled too! It was very easy to locate the Nautilus and close to Destin and Panama City. The only thing we wish had been different was having a king size bed in the first bedroom instead of 2 queens- we had to toss a coin for who got the king size bedroom (we won)! Thank you for a wonderful vacation- we will pass this on to all of our friends and will be more than happy to let you use our email for anyone to contact us about our opinion on this condo. Dennis---- thanks so much and we will be back!!!

We've just returned tanned and relaxed, with an emphasis on relaxed! This condo was exactly as described in the ad, with the beach just a few steps away and every amenity that we could require. The owner was prompt and very helpful, communicating expectations of his guests. The location is wonderful, with lots of attractions nearby, including the Gulfarium, which we thought would be kind of silly, but is really a wonderful, informative place (if your kids are old enough to be able to remember, spend the extra $ and get up close and personal with the dolphins). Our adult kids (19 and 23) were able to go out in the evenings and find places to go and see, and the four of us were very comfortable in the condo. We looked forward to playing in the pool, but the beach was just too inviting--we never made it! Speaking of playing, there are several items in the closet to the left of the guest bathroom (I know, because I found it on the first day). We enjoyed chairs, an umbrella, a boogie board and another not-so-boogie board, which we found out later was for surfing close to the beach. Snorkel equipment is also located in there, and it's a blast, since little fish circle around your feet as you move them in the ocean. We really enjoyed the food at AJ's, and frankly, I could have skipped most of the other restaurants--go to Sexton's, a couple miles down the road in Destin, and get the catch of the day. Whatever the price, it's worth it. We should have taken advantage of the community grill that is on the southeast corner of the property, but we completely forgot about it. The condo was clean, well-organized and just lovely. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped. The decor is a tad dated, but perfectly serviceable. If you're not flying in, you might want to take bath towels with you. As the guy in the Verizon commercial says, "The towels are kinda scratchy!" In short, not only would I recommend this to a friend, I'd go back in a heartbeat. Beautiful place, great value. Book it today.

I do have to say that I have never felt so relaxed as I was on the 3rd floor looking at the ocean practically at our feet!!! The view was spectacular and we were just feet away from the white cool sand. The condo was a perfect size for the 2 of us and was easy to get to. I do think that it could be updated alittle, having said that it was furnished well and was made very easy for us to feel at home. There was alot to do and it was only minutes to Destins HarborWalk which i highly recommend. The owner was very informative about the process of the rental and gave us alot of great ideas for what we could do on our vacation. Overall wse were VERY happy with the rental and will hopefully be returning to that exact one!!!
