This Summit unit is a perfect condominium for a couple, family, or a small group of friends to come down to Panama City Beach, unpack your suitcase and relax in a full amenities complex. This condo is located on the eighth floor overlooking both pools... Centered directly in the middle of the condominium... great for balcony people watching and enjoying the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

The Summit offers 24 hours security, an onsite gym, a beach store... for quick grocery or sunning products, a pool side TIKI bar, two outside hot tubs, and a beach playground for the kiddies. Plus, the Summit is so conveniently located to Spinnaker, La Vela, and many other fun amusement areas... Most are walking distances from the condo.

HURRICANE POLICY:
In the event of a hurricane or hurricane threat (valid during June 1- November 30) to our area and an
evactuation (mandatory) is issued by state or local authorities ...all or part- difference between time used and time remaining, of the rent, minus cleaning fee (if part of rent used ) is refunded.

My goal is not to have you travel to or stay if a hurricane situation (mandatory evacuation or threat)
makes you uncomfortable. Please always call me and I will work it out with. Your safety is our priority.

Cancellation Policy:
12 weeks + notice: all deposit returned
10-11 weeks 6 days: 75% returned 25% kept
8-9 weeks 6 days: 50% returned 50 % kept
5-7 weeks 6 days notice: 25% returned 75% kept
Less than 4 weeks+6days 100% deposit kept
All cancellations will have a $25.00 processing fee
**Spring Breakers $125 per person charge per week**
