New (2006) Luxury apartment in Rechavia at Rechov Hatibonim 11 (between AZA and Ramban) 85 sq meters in size, 2nd floor walk up (less than 30 steps) , 3 Bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, one has bathtub/Jacuzzi and the second stall shower, Fully Furnished, all linens, towels, blankets, etc. and equipped with internet, TV’s, kosher (all year dishes and utensils) dishes, pots, pans, utensils including Shabbos platter and hot water urn, etc. Washer/dryer Central AC and Heat. Walking to all major Hotel, Emek Refaiim, German Colony and Baka.
Master bedroom has a queen size bed and other 2 bedrooms have slide out twin beds (2 mattresses). The sofa in the living room can be used for a younger child. The rent includes VAAD Habayis, taxes and utilities. There is a refundable security deposit of $1,000 in cash given to our agent in Israel who will meet you at the apartment when you arrive. Our agent will make sure everything is to your satisfaction. Our agent is available if for any reason you may need something while you are staying in the apartment. This way you will have the peace of mind that you are not walking into a strange apartment without any local service available in the event something should be needed. The deposit is held by the agent pending your vacating the apartment in good condition. If you are interested and if you provide me with your full name and address, cell and home telephone number, I will send you a rental agreement and therefore reserve this apartment for you.
You do not need to bring blankets, pillows, towels, pots, pans, etc. Everything is there for you and fully cleaned when you arrive.
In addition upon check out you will need to pay a cleaning service $125 for the stay. Looking forward to hearing from you with specific dates.

This apartment was awesome and exceded our expectations. Central location, clean, modern and all the amenities. The washer & dryer were also a big plus. Would highly recommend as it is priced well and a solid value!!

We stayed in the apartment for 3 weeks and had a great time. It enabled us to walk almost anywhere. There were shops located right across the street. The appartment was clean, the appliances all worked well and the caretaker was available for any issues. Overall a great stay.

Great Apartment in the Heart of Jerusalem

I rented this apartment in June 2010 while in Israel for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah. The apartment is entirely remodeled and updated and was roomy enough for my family including two kids and my in-laws. It has a fully stocked modern kitchen, central air conditioning, and laundry machines in the unit which was very helpful. The apartment is very centrally located and I walked to most destinations on foot including the old city, Ben Yehuda, Mamilla Mall, the Knesset and the Israel Museum. It is located on a quiet street just off Derek Azza and close to Rehavia Park which was a great place to go for a walk on Shabbat. The apartment is very reasonably priced and is a great deal. The only caution is that it is up a couple flights of stairs with no elevator so it would not be ideal for someone with a physical disability (which was not a problem for us).

It took me 58 years to make the trip. It's not like the King David hotel but then again it might be (I never stayed in the KIng David ). What it is, a comfy apt on a very well located residential street with fairly easy parking. The place was clean, stress free with a 24 hour cafe two blocks away. Jerusalem has so much to see, I would recommend getting up early and coming home late. It did only take a day to feel like home. If you do stay there and you find a NY Yankee hat- it's mine.

I rented the Honigsfeld apartment in Jerusalem for 10 days in late January to early February 2011 with my wife and several of our teenage children. The apartment was very centrally located to downtown Jerusalem (Ben Yehudah), Shaarei Chesed, Rechavia, the Old City etc. It was new, clean, well appointed,modern,comfortable and plenty of room for 6 (3 bedrooms)and more if you include the couch. I shopped around and this property was by far the most reasonably priced. We were very happy with our choice and would highly recommend it.
