We spent the weekend in this spacious trailside ski condo and loved it ! Very clean and renovated with new kitchen granite countertops and bathroom tiles. Comfort of skiing out the main slope and in for quick lunch is priceless.Cable TV , wireless internet and blue ray player allowed our teenage daughter to stay connected with her world while we were able to relax in sauna after grilling dinner on the deck overlooking the hill. Sleeping accomodations are very comfortable: two families can easily share this unit and enjoy privacy at the same time.Communication with the owners was superb.We will definitely return to this unit!

We stayed at the condo for a week in late June/early July and it worked out great. The condo is a reasonable distance from various good hikes in the Porcupine Mountains State park as well as Ottowa National Forest (it takes between 30 - 60 minutes to get to a bunch of different hikes). We could have stayed on the other side of the Porcupine State Park and been slightly closer to hikes but the accommodations wouldn't have been as nice and would have been more expensive. Or we could have camped in the park but we like civilization and showering. This condo was the best option for us. The condo is also very close to several towns so shopping/dining/movies/etc was very convenient. The condo itself is very comfortable. The loft bed is huge and nice. My girlfriend's parents stayed for 2 nights in one of the two beds in the downstairs bedroom and they were also very comfortable. It was nice to have 2 baths also. The kitchen has everything you need. We used the grill on the nice balcony several times. The washer and drier was awesome to have after several days of hiking. In the winter I am sure the views are even more incredible (it really is ski right out of the condo) and the sauna would come in handy. The only knock on the place is lack of A/C. We were there during a freak hot spell (the thermostat at one point read 107 degrees outside and 90 degrees inside). But since I am sure this happens very infrequently it is a small gripe. All in all it was a very nice, convenient, comfortable place to stay. We will definitely try to stay here again if we are in the area.

We spent a wonderful few days with grandchildren in your condo. The accommodations are just great for a group gathering, and the mountain top convenience can't be over stressed. Our little ones skied right off the mountain to the condo for lunch and warm-up time, and the non-skiing grandmother could watch them go right out our living room window. We would stay with you again without hesitation. Thank you!

My husband and I have stayed in this unit three years in a row and continues to improve every year with upgrades to the bathrooms, fire place and this year new granite counter tops in the kitchen and new bed in the upstairs. The unit is always clean and well maintained. Would recomend this unit to everyone I know and the view is beatiful and peaceful. Can't wait until next year. Enjoy!!

Great accommodation for all seasons. We are returning every autumn and winter. Excellent unit, nicely and comfortable furnished. Plasma TV, satellite, gas grill on balcony from where we always enjoy panoramic view. Best place for skiing in Midwest, long runs and no waiting for lift. Excellent place to relax and hiking, with beautiful trails.

Awesome---first time up to the U.P-Indianhead. We have skied local, chestnut,alpine valley, cascade, devils head, but this was the best. Accommodations are very good-felt like home away from home. Newly updated bathrooms with granite tile. Pleasant gas fireplace, 32" LCD, satellite tv and Wi-Fi. Here you truly ski out the back door and return via the Main lift as shown on the picture. I will return and I do strongly recommend this unit. Chippewa #2472-Indianhead

Great accomodations with a great view. Six different places to sleep. Two baths, washer/dryer, dishwasher, ice maker, grill, sauna, wifi, cable, stereo -- has it all. Updated and very clean.
