Not your typical rental.
Located at the quiet south end of the island where traffic is low. Great for walking and biking. Our 2159 square foot condominium is in pristine condition as we only rent by the month per association regulations. And we only rent 2-3 times per year to save on wear and tear in order keep our vacation home looking like new. No in-and-out weekly renters to detract from your quiet enjoyment.
A private elevator brings you directly to the our foyer and front door for added security and convenience. There is also a private garage with remote for your vehicle.
Children are certainly and always welcome but given the length of the minimum one month rental term, there are usually only a very few in the community at any one time.
Our condo boasts 20" tile throughout except for Berber in the bedrooms. Very tastefully done in neutral colors and earth tones in keeping with the Floridian style. All bedrooms have a TV/DVD player and there is a flat screen with Sony surround sound in the family room. Leather furniture, a large dining area and kitchen, and 3 full baths, one for each bedroom, are features not commonly found on Marco at our affordable rate.
Our fourth floor unit has a very nice long water view of the canal and island. There is a large and very well maintained pool just outside the lobby and a clubhouse with exercise facilities. There is also boat docking available with access to the gulf in less than 5 minutes.
We are but a few minutes stroll to the south beach for sun bathing or an evening sunset view.
Our condo can only be rented by the month so please no requests for individual weeks. You will not be disappointed with our beautiful vacation home away from home.
We have the same people return year after year.

We love everything about this condo. Lots of room and privacy for guests. Everyone has their own private bath. Very quiet area and close to the beach. It is always clean and kept in good repair. This is why we have been coming here every March for the past 5 years.
