The order process was simple and effective. Management company of the house is available. Villa, clean and organized. For a family with children. Near the attractions of disney but not too close. Near restaurants and shops 5-10 minutes driving. We had a wonderful vacation. Thankyou.

We stayed for six days at the villa & had a WONDERFUL TIME! The house was very clean and kept up! The pool was awesome to have. The pool had underwater lights for night swimming too. We vacationed with our 3 kids (ages 4, 2 & 1) as well as four adults & there was plenty of room & then some in the house. The house had 2 strollers for us to use which saved lots of $ renting them at Disney parks. There was also a pack & play & highchair for our little one. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The manager of the house Dave was super nice, we were able to meet him & he was very accommodating & friendly. Everything you need is within five miles of the house ( Walmart, gas etc! ) Disney was a quick 15 minute drive. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Not the relaxing vacation house we expected!

Very poor communication from the owner prior to travel. I sent several emails that they never responded to. They only emailed when it had to do with payment. I listed all three families who were traveling with us on the contract, but when those families sent payment in the owners called them and told them they didn't have them listed for renting from them. They accidentally shredded a check we sent in and we had to send another one, then they wouldn't release the property address and directions until they received the second check. You are expected to wash all the towels and sheets before you leave or you will be charged! Which also means that the person who rented the house before you has to wash the towels and sheets you sleep on and you don't know if they were bleached or not. There was not any detergent or bleach provided even though you are expected to wash their towels and sheets. We traveled in December and paid for the pool and hot tub to be heated. The heat worked fine the first two days, but then we couldn't get the heat to work after that. The owners refused to come out and look at it. All we wanted to do after a long day out is come back and relax in a nice hot jacuzzi, but it wasn't warm enough to get in half the time. We also had a hard time getting the house to heat at night. We woke up several mornings freezing with the house at 63 degrees. The house and location was good, but the service was a disappointment. It felt more like boot camp than a vacation. There are signs posted on everything explaining that if you don't keep the heating and air set at a certain temperature that you will be charged. There was a sign on the washer and dryer explaining in detail how they expect you to wash the laundry or you will be charged. There were signs on the toilets explaining that if a plumber had to be called you will be charged-which scared my little boy and he wouldn't even poop the first two days we were there. Definitely not returning!

Owner response: In response - I emailed and spoke with her several times. Her friends had sent checks to us with no reference - we cannot memorize all names on every booking form before filing. If a check arrives with no reference, party name or villa code we would not know what it was for. A $67 check was accidentally shredded ( this has never happened before; I doubt it will ever happen again ) we called the number recovered on a piece of check to apologize and asked for a new check. The guest asked for check-in details including the key code prior to full payment ; it was explained those details are emailed on receipt of the full balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival only. Our homes are self catering , there is a sign explaining that laundry is the guests responsibility during their stay. On departure it is asked that if the guests can start a wash and dry that would be appreciated by the housekeeping team. It does NOT tell guests to wash all laundry! Laundry and a full clean is carried out after departure by our cleaning crew. Homes are equipped with toilet tissue, guest soaps, garbage bags and dishwasher tablets which should they run out are replenishable by guests as in any self catering establishment. The guests paid for 4 days pool heat which they had. At the end of their 5 night stay they asked for a refund stating the pool had only been warm for two days. We explained if they had called to tell us we would have checked it right away. They did not call us. We never refused to go to the villa. There are two A/C thermostats in the property along with instructions that can be altered by guests depending on their preferences. There are some signs as per license regulations ie; No smoking, how to work the washer, emergency contacts with villa address and phone number above the phone, fire extinguishers location and explaining the Florida sewerage system is smaller than the European and therefore only flush toilet paper to avoid blockages, in the event the toilet is misused by flushing diapers or napkins there is a plunger for use. In the event a plumber has to be called obviously this would be chargable. This information is designed to inform and be helpful to our guests. We pride ourselves on the extremely high standard at which are homes are maintained, our guests taken care of and our speed of response should ever a problem occur and we hope you will read and take comfort in our other guests good reviews.

The whole rental process was painless from beginning to end. Immediate response to emails providing detailed information on the house gave a very good first impression. When we arrived very late on first day we were pleasantly surprised with the property and how it was presented. When we had to inform Dave and Michele during our stay that we had a problem with the internet it was very efficiently and promptly fixed. We will be back. Thank you.

Just wanted to let you know we truly enjoyed our stay ay your villa. What a fantastic floor plan. The villa was everything the information said it would be and more. The drive into the community was spectacular! And the guards at the gate take their job very seriously, which we certainly appreciated. We didn't realize just how convenient the villa would be to the interstate, Disney shopping and grocery store. The property management did a very good job making sure the house was cleaned and ready for our stay. Your villa was an excellent home away from home. We are recommending it to everyone we know and we look forward to booking it again whenever we travel to the area. Thanks again. Allison

The house and the neighbourhood was great. I would recommend it to anyone, in fact I already have. The pool was fantastic, great for cooling off at the end of a long day spent at the parks. I hope to rent from you soon again in the future.

I have been meaning to contact you since we arrived home. Just wanted to say we were extremely impressed with the villa and it's fantastic location to Disney.Thankyou for arranging the pool heating at the last minute and providing us with such a clean and well presented home. We even managed to take Xmas day off from the parks and cook Xmas dinner at "home". We have friends going out this summer and I shall be recommending your villas to them. Thanks again.

Very nice house, with all the facilities we needed, in a very good location. Nice quiet residential area, not overlooked, but very handy for the 192 and the parks. Plenty big enough for our family to be comfortable in. Very attentative management company. I'd recommend it and we'd go again.
