This charming home is located on a three acre parcel of medium bank waterfront, overlooking picturesque, Westcott Bay. Enjoy kayaking, clamming, crabbing, fishing, biking and frequent visits from local resident deer, seals and soaring eagles.
This home has the master bedroom on the main floor with a king bed and private bath. The outdoor hot tub is just steps outside the door. Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms with Queen beds and a full jack and jill style bath. One of these large upstairs bedrooms has a small sleeping loft within the room. There is an open loft area with a fireplace, TV, game table and more.
Entertain in the large open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and stone countertops adjacent to the great room soaked with sunlight from the 25-foot high ceiling and walls of windows and sliding glass doors that overlook the bay.
Outdoors enjoy the hot tub, a large stamped concrete patio with furniture, natural gardens and carved out stone steps to the clamming beach below. A favorite hang out for guests and friends is the firepit for evening stargazing and story telling.
