This beautiful villa is located at only a 2 minute drive from the world famous surf break of Playa Negra in a gated community with 24 hour security.
The ocean is visible from all the property which makes the sunset by the pool a whole experience.
On the first floor there is 3 bedrooms with one queen size and one twin bed each, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher included), living room with satellite TV, indoor and outdoor dining room, BBQ and swimming pool.
On the second floor is the master bedroom with it’s own bathroom , king size bed, satellite TV and another bedroom with 2 queen size beds. Both bedrooms have A/C. and lead to a beautiful wooden balcony.
Maid service is included and Private Chef Service is available upon request at an extra charge.
