Our Villa offers one of the very best views of the tidal marsh and spectacular sunsets.
WELCOME....to our "Paradise", a true casual island retreat with a 'cottage feel'. The villa has been completely redecorated to make you feel at home. You will have the best of both worlds with the marsh and canal right off our porch and a 2 minute walk to the ocean beach.
Our home is a beautifully decorated one bedroom with a king-size bed, 2 full baths, convertible queen-size bed & a porch with a VIEW. We have new flooring, new living room furniture and a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops.
The walls are decorated with vibrant original artwork. You will enjoy exceptional views from the FRONT PORCH rocking chairs. Watch the many species of coastal birds as well as dolphins and otters. The sunsets, seen from our marsh view porch are magnificently beautiful.

The Unique Benefits of this Villa
We have full Fripp Island Resort privileges. Amenity cards are available. Memorial Day through Labor Day, weekly cards are $50 for guests over 12 years of age; $35 per week at other times of the year. Cards are ordered by the owner. Amenities include 2 beautiful championship golf courses, perfectly groomed tennis courts, swimming pools, recreation and nature programs. Bicycle and golf cart rentals are available on the island. Restaurants on Fripp include: The Beach Club with elegant Sunday brunches and delicious gourmet dinners; Bonita Boathouse and Peg Leg for a casual atmosphere and BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS!

My son and I needed a place to stay for a weekend trip that came up at the last minute and I found this wonderful place that met our needs perfectly. Judy was so helpful with the last minute booking, making sure everything was ready and available when we arrived. The villa was much larger than I had imagined for a one-bedroom unit. The first floor was the living space had the sofa bed and one bath and the very large bedroom and a bath were in a loft area above. The pictures on her site don't do the villa justice. Very cute and it was clean. The views were incredible from the deck. It's located mid-island so there is a beach at all times, even high tide. If you purchase the amentity cards, which we did, you are right by the tennis courts and beach club with restaurants, shops, fitness center, the olympic pool, kiddie pool and adult pool with pool bar. My son golfed at the Ocean Creek Course and loved it. I needed to contact Judy while we were there when my son mistakenly returned the security pass at the gate when leaving the island to golf elsewhere and wouldn't have been able to get on to the island when he returned. She had the new pass waiting at the gate when he returned - mini crisis solved. We would rent this unit again.

We stayed for three nights and found the condo very comfortable. The condo was also very clean and neat and nicely decorated. The kitchen was very well equipped. It is a short walk to the nearest beach access and very centrally located. Bring your bikes and enjoy the island.

My husband and I had the perfect weekend getaway at Paradise Found. The location is ideal, with the creek and marsh views and proximity to the club and tennis facility. The condo is perfectly appointed, with everything we needed to relax and enjoy Fripp. We'll definitely book again!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this villa. We were quite inpressed with how clean the villa was. It was very well decorated and had beautiful beach paintings. The beach was just a short walk away and the view of the marsh and sunsets over the marsh were great. The kitchen was very well stocked and had all we needed to cook. There was also a nice grill on the back deck. The owners were very pleasant to work with and got back to me quickly with any questions we had. This is a perfect get away for couples. Hopefully, we will be able to rent this villa again in the near future.
