Large great room make this house ideal for get togethers. The property faces west, and the sun sets on the beach thereby extending usage of the beach and dock right up until dark.
The house sits on a fairly private bay with only a couple of other docks within sight, so while you are swimming or floating on your rubber mattress, you need not worry about being run over by other boaters and skiers. Sandpoint is a short beautiful/scenic drive by boat or car. There are plenty of hikes and activities if you desire.
There are plenty of games, over 300 DVDs/videos and a 60 inch TV screen so you may rather watch the sunset, and make popcorn and snuggle in at night. The smell of evergreen trees fills the air. The house is nestled among giant trees.
