Gorgeous, huge, and immaculate

This house was absolutely perfect for our annual extended family Xmas vacation. Kitchen, dining, living room, and bar area all flow together gracefully, so all thirteen of us could hang out together comfortably while enjoying the spectacular view. In addition to admiring the daily parade of elegant yachts, we saw manatees, pelicans, and an adorable two-foot-long iguana basking in the sun on top of the high hedge that shelters the pool area. The decor is glamorous, the finishes are expensive, and the house is spotlessly clean (and actually more spacious than the description lets on). Plus the location is GREAT, convenient to everything you could want or need, and the owner is a delight. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed our wonderful stay. P.S.: Wait 'til you see the view at night, you'll be in love.

My family and I (a group of 8) stayed at the house over spring break 2011. The house was beautiful and amazing. It was everything we hoped it would be and more. Breathtaking views and amazing decor. There was more than enough room for all of us. House was clean and owner and property manager were both very helpful. Highly recommend this property and hope we can go stay there again one day soon.

This house has beautiful views of the water as the boats drift by. The house is very spacious and beautiful. The pictures are very true to the house, they show it's elegance. The neighborhood allows for much needed rest, as you sit on the deck of the sparkling pool. It is central located to all the best city spots especially the mall. The Landlord is very gracious and easy to work with. I would recommend this house to others. Enjoy!

My family and brother's family stayed for a week (4 adults, 6 kids). The place could easily have accommodated 5-7 more people. It is a lovely location. Quiet but close to many fun activities. The pool right in the back area is perfect. Seeing all the boats pass were great fun. The owner was very conscientious of our stay. He stopped by when a little AV issue came up with the tv and it was resolved right away. We would definitely recommend it to others!

The house is spectacular. Very spacious and comfortable. Great views of the intercoastal waterway and the ships that pass every day. Great sunsets. Cant find a better location on sunny isle. Close to everything- walk to the most beautiful beach in miami, golf courses very close, great restaurants, south beach less than 30 minutes away. Aventura mall -5 minutes away-The owner is a very honorable person who takes pride is his home and expects the tenants to treat the home as if it were there own home.. I cant wait to go back next season

Great place to sit, relax and watch the boats go by. Had a group of 5 couples vacationing and taking in hockey games - all enjoyed the house and space they had. Very relaxing and roomy for everyone. Great layout for our group to enjoy their own privacy and yet socialize in the family, kitch, dining area. Plenty of time spent out on the deck and pool area, both day and evenings. Would definately use again for this group.

I stayed at this property for a week in June - a group of my cousins and I went to Miami to spend a fun summer vacation together - I shopped around for a property to rent for about a month - and to my dismay i found that many of the places i found turned out to be a scam - i contacted the owner of this property, Al, and he was wonderful - I explained my situation to him and he was so understanding - he allowed my sister-in-law, who lives in miami, to check out the place before i sent him my deposit. She went to the house and checked out the place and confirmed that it was as nice as it looks in the pictures. I decided to go with this place because the owner was promt with his email responses but patient enough to allow me to make up my mind. Unlike some of the scams I came across in my search. When my cousins and I arrived we were all pleasantly surprised. There was more then enough room for the group to stay and sleep. We speant most of our time hanging out by the pool which is right on the water. It was so nice watching the sun set and rise on your own large deck. And watching all the boats go by - it was unforgettable. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the miami beach area -
