  • I stayed at this property for a week in June - a group of my cousins and I went to Miami to spend a fun summer vacation together - I shopped around for a property to rent for about a month - and to my dismay i found that many of the places i found turned out to be a scam - i contacted the owner of this property, Al, and he was wonderful - I explained my situation to him and he was so understanding - he allowed my sister-in-law, who lives in miami, to check out the place before i sent him my deposit. She went to the house and checked out the place and confirmed that it was as nice as it looks in the pictures. I decided to go with this place because the owner was promt with his email responses but patient enough to allow me to make up my mind. Unlike some of the scams I came across in my search. When my cousins and I arrived we were all pleasantly surprised. There was more then enough room for the group to stay and sleep. We speant most of our time hanging out by the pool which is right on the water. It was so nice watching the sun set and rise on your own large deck. And watching all the boats go by - it was unforgettable. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the miami beach area -
