‘Seventh Heaven’ is just that…. Located on 7th St South, on the southern end of Anna Maria Island. We are an easy walk to many restaurants, shops and local amenities, so you really can just bring your flip flops and relax…
Anna Maria is a wonderful Island, just a bridge away from the mainland of Bradenton and Sarasota. Getting around with or with out a car is easy, there is a free shuttle and the county bus just down the road. It is a true piece of Old Florida, with a wonderful atmosphere and of course our beaches are beautiful!
This apartment is within an original cottage on a nice sized lot just across from the beach. There is off road parking and a wonderful garden. This particular apartment also has a private deck overlooking the garden, with dinning table and chairs as well as sun loungers.
The home is recently refurbished and furnished to a high standard, including flat screen TV with satellite, new kitchen appliances and washer and dryer. We have kept the character of the home which has wonderful wooded floors and a beautiful fireplace (not working but looks great!). There is a master bed, furnished with a queen bed, it has an extended living area furnished as a reading nook and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
The second bedroom also has a queen bed and an extended living area with a day bed. The second bathroom has a bath tub and overhead shower. There is plenty of living space in this home with a good size eat in kitchen and a sun room at the front entrance.
We are sure that you will love this home and all the location and local area have to offer.

We really enjoyed our experience with the property we rented. When we showed up, we were so happy with the property It was exactly what we were looking for as it was spacious inside with a nice backyard , very clean, within walking distance of restaurants ,ice cream shops,fishing and just a couple steps away from the beach, and the beds were so amazing and comfy. This was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience from start to finish and we are already looking forward to our return trip next year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The property was nice and clean. The photos accurately showed the property. It was close to everything, yet it was off the main road, so it was nice and quiet. We had a great time.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stay in the upper level cottage in January 2013 for a week and it was fantastic. The unit is spacious and clean and looks just like the photos. The location is terrific - just across the street from the beach, a few blocks to Bridge Street and a short trolley ride to Publix/CVS and Holmes/Manatee Beach with 5 awesome beach volleyball courts. About a 7 block walk to Coquina Beach. Back deck is nice for morning sun and the front porch is big enough for a queen blow-up mattress if you want to sleep there (I did)., it is huge and has views of the sea. We used the private washer and dryer daily and also used the two coolers and beach chairs daily. Everything you need is included! Lots of towels ans beach towels in the bathroom closet. This is an older home that is well maintained, if you're looking for a luxury 5 star resort this is not the place for you but if you're looking for an inviting and comfortable cottage with a shared hot tub and easy access to everything, then I highly recommend 7th Heaven. I would stay again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
