Why the Owner Chose Manson
We bought this home because of the neighborhood with its private access, dock and beach along with cul de sacs for the kids to ride bikes and play. A unige and flat development with nice community features and only 19 homes in total ...very private and relaxing.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Has one of the best views from Stormy mountain to Bear Mountain golf course to the wonderful collors of the vineyards. We have a flat level beach with steps that walk in to the water that is full of soft sand. The dock is new with all trex and will allow for a 26' boat.
