This is a wonderful duplex with great accommodations. Enjoy the spectacular gulf views from this open floor plan and private deck. It has high speed WiFi and is located right across the street from the beach. There's an outside shower, two bedrooms with high quality linens and bedding. A full kitchen, full bath and a new flat screen TV in the Queen bedroom. The comfortable Living room has a large flat screen HDTV with beautiful Gulf Views.
Walk out on your private deck, take in the sea air and enjoy the views overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Watch the boats go by and the pelicans soar.
Walk across the street and have a great beach day, take a bike ride, try some fishing or launch your kayak and explore.
One of the best things about this home is it's location. It's right next door to Stump Pass State Park. There are 265 acres of sandy walking trails and pristine beaches. You can ALWAYS find a section of beach all to yourself. The wildlife here is amazing. You will see pelicans diving for fish, Osprey in tree tops, dolphins and manatee swimming the shoreline. Sea turtles lay eggs here every year and don't forget to look for prehistoric sharks teeth (not hard to find) and go shelling at the point.
