DAMAGE DEPOSIT: In lieu of a deposit, a Credit Card (VISA or Mastercard) must be placed on file at the time of arrival. Credit card information will be securely retained on file for up to 72 hours after Guest departure. Credit card information is purged from our reservation software, if on inspection no damages were incurred.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Committal Deposits are Non-Refundable unless Guest Cancellation is due to a Mandatory Island Evacuation by the Island Authority. Unexcused Guest Cancellations are subject to penalty fees outlined in our Reservation Rental Agreement.
RENTAL RATES: Rental rates are found below and will be subject to applicable taxes of 10.5% and $400.00 administrative costs associated with post departure property cleaning and laundering of linens.
PETS: Pets are NOT permitted.
ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES: Guest Arrivals are permitted after 3PM Central Standard Time. Guest Departures must occur prior to 10AM Central Standard Time. Early Arrivals or Late Departures require preauthorization.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the experience of a week at Tuscany Shores. The beds were extremely comfortable, the home was spotless, the beach, with umbrella and 2 chairs provided, is absolutely perfect. We all loved it and plan to come back to Tuscany (Florida) as soon as we can. We found the study/office to be wasted space, but if you are looking for a private place to read or work on your laptop, this is it! Our group was more into the beach and, unfortunately, eating. So--we loved the whole kitchen area. And, if you like good Mexican food, don't miss Rio Bravo which is front of the WalMart toward Pensacola from Navarre. A bunch of our international eaters liked the Thai food restaurant which is close to the bridge.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We stayed July 3-10. There was no oil on the beach. The furniture is super comfortable. Loved it and will come again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
