The Breakwater Estates are quality built with extensive use of granite and koa wood finishes, spiral staircase, private courtyard, pool, Jacuzzi, gas BBQ grill, and over 150 feet of private ocean frontage. They are located within 200 feet of a beatiful white sand beach and two blocks away from all of the fun and adventures of Lahaina Town. The Alii Hale is approximately 3,200 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, and formal dining room. The Master suite is upstairs with a king bed and large Jacuzzi in the bathroom. Two of the downstairs bedrooms are oceanfront, one with a king bed, the other with two twins; the back bedroom also has two twin beds and its own private lanai area.
There is another house on this property, called the Princess Hale, but is only booked in addition to the Alii Hale. This is a 2,800 square foot home, 3 bedroom 3 bath, which can sleep an additional 8 persons. Prime is $500 a night extra, Holiday is $550 a night extra. Please inquire if you have a large party and would like both homes!
