My name is Lynnette. I operate an apartment complex where we have set aside a furnished unit for a vacation rental. My husband, Tex, and I have managed here for 5+ years. We enjoy all sports including softball, volleyball, skiing hiking. We love to spend our time outdoors with our kids.

This is a great unit at the back of a well maintained apartment complex. It's nice and quiet and has a small walking trail steps from the front door. It was perfect for us and our 2 dogs while we waited for our house to close. The unit was clean, but definitely had a cigarette smoke smell when we first arrived. I wonder if the previous renters smoked inside? That dissipated after a few days. The unit is VERY well stocked - pots, pans, assorted spices, a great coffee maker and more.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+.

For three professional women traveling to a conference with a tight budget, this apartment was an excellent choice for our three night stay. The cost for three was less than a hotel for one. We could each come and go as desired, make a quick breakfast or relax in the evenings with snacks and drinks. This apartment is in a complex on the ground floor. Neighbors were not disruptive. Covered parking spot near apartment entrance. Beds were comfortable, plenty of space to spread out. I was able to contact someone with questions upon arrival. I would recommend this apartment and will consider staying again when in Boise.

We just spent 4 nights at this apartment and it was fantastic. It was very clean, the decor is so nice (just as presented in pictures), it is very spacious--even a well supplied walk-in pantry for all your cooking needs.My husband enjoyed using the exercise room too. An added bonus is the private garage w/remote. A great location in Boise. Lynette was very helpful and went the extra mile to help us with any need. We have already recommended this rental to other relatives. We look forward to staying again on our return visits to Boise.

This is a great find! Roomy with all the amenities of home at a fantastic price. Convenient and easy access. Staff friendly and helpful. Will rent again on our next trip to Boise area.

We stayed in the apartment for 4 nights. It was so comfortable, quiet, and had so much more space than a hotel room (at a much better price!). The pool and exercise room were very nice amenities. Close to the Boise Towne Square and to downtown. It was nice to use the washer and dryer located inside the apartment so we didn't have tons of laundry when we returned home. We really enjoyed our stay!
