Thank you to our wonderful guests in 2011, and welcome to all guests in 2012! We hope you can visit this year to see everything that is new. Last year we redid the kitchen with quartz countertops, and brand new cabinets. This year we gutted the three bathrooms and did a total remodel.
Our villa has two bedrooms upstairs. The master has a king size bed with a private bath (with a granite countertop); and the guest bedroom has two twin size beds with a private bath. Downstairs has a newly remodeled powder room, kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry area. The furniture is up to date and the condo is kept immaculately clean.
Our villa is an end unit which offers extra windows and more privacy. We have a patio outside both our dining and living rooms--which is conveniently located near the large, complex pool. Enjoy cooking outside with the grill located on the patio. The bike trail is very handy which is a wonderful way to visit Harbourtown, or to bike to the beach (one mile).
You will be just a short walk to a marina, tennis, golf, shops, restaurants, playground, lighthouse and the world famous Harbourtown Golf Links. The marina offers parasailing, dinner cruises to Savannah, fishing, and jet ski rentals. Enjoy one of the best sunsets in Hilton Head at Harbourtown!
The ocean is 5 minutes away, and the pool is steps from the villa. During the season, the Sea Pines Beach Club offers activities for the children, a casual restaurant and bar overlooking the ocean.
Sea Pines Plantation is known for its 20 miles of bike paths...bike to the ocean, Salty Dog Cafe, South Beach, or to Lawton Stables to enjoy horseback riding. For a discount on bike rental, call Riding Tigers Bike Rentals (843-686-5833) and mention you are staying at 2201 Heritage Villa. They require a two week in advance bike reservation in the summer months.
Our villa contains videos, board games, novels, beach chairs, and many beach toys for the children. We also have a pack and play for indoor use.

Why the Owner Chose Heritage Villas
We love biking, and having the walking/bike path right outside our condo is so convenient. We bike to the beach, Harbourtown, Salty Dog, Lawton Stables, and Sea Pines Center. Many days, we can get everywhere without getting into our car.
Restaurants, Shopping, Marina, and playground. Also, this is where you will find Greg Russell singing some evenings.
Entry onto the ocean...nice bike ride from villa...or take the trolley (May-Sept)...or drive and park at Beach Club parking lot. Beach club includes restaurant, bar, and restrooms.

Our family has lived in many states over the years...Pennsylvania, New York, Michigan, Illinois, and Ohio. But, we always vacationed in one state...South Carolina at the beach of Hilton Head Island. We always stayed at our wonderful condo at Hertiage in Sea Pines. Last year, we were fortunate to move to South Carolina and made it our permanent home. Now we can offer our condo to others to enjoy!!!

We had a fantastic time on our first visit to Hilton Head, primarily due to accomodations. The condo is very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed to feel at home! Lynn goes the extra mile by providing a book with activities around the area and even went as far as providing us with suggestions for activities for the Thanksgiving week via e-mail. We highly recommend staying here!

Everything you need is right at your fingertips! Condo was clean and well maintained. We've been coming to the island for years (sometimes 3 or 4 times a year) and this is one of the best places we've stayed. Previous vrbo experiences have not been the best, but Lynn is very helpful and easily reached if a problem arises. We WILL be staying here again. Thank you, Lynn, for a great and affordable place to call "home" for awhile.

This condo has everything: it is spacious, with 2-floors of bright, well-decorated living space. There are lots of touches that make you feel right at home, including a full closet filled with games and books for all ages. The kitchen is gorgeous, with more than enough space to add your own groceries, yet surely the most well-stocked rental, as far as everything you need to prepare and serve food. Everything was spic and span clean. The pool, out the back door, was huge and well maintained, with plenty of comfy lounge chairs. And that's just the condo! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Sea Pines, which is our favorite place to stay. Pick up the bike trail right outside your front door, and go in any direction to join walkers, bikers and joggers to explore this family-friendly environment. Staying at Sea Pines means you are staying in a peaceful, beautiful (the most gorgeous trees, draping with moss) environment, with restaurants, beaches, golf, tennis, shops.....all right there for you; yet just a short drive and you will be in the 'busy' part of the island, if you so desire. This condo had it all, and the owner was efficient, very accommodating and offered to assist us with any part of our stay. She provided a huge notebook, organized into a dozen different categories, which made you feel as if you had all of the information you would need to find/do whatever you desired. Was just a wonderful time, and we certainly will return to this same condo!

I went down just last week for a girls getaway for three days with my mother. This is definitely our new favorite place to stay when we come to Hilton Head. We can't wait to come back really soon and Ms. Lynn we appreciate so much your hospitality. We are regulars to Hilton Head and have stayed at many places on the island but none can compare. We definitely recommend this place for a vacation. It is so spacious and comfortable. The pool is very close and it is a short drive to a beautiful beach entrance with plenty of parking. You have everything you need inside Sea Pines. The owner had everything arranged so there were no problems getting our parking pass and entrance into the condo. Great time!

My wife and I, along with our daughter and granddaughter, had the pleasure of staying in this condo for a week and walked away feeling like we had been in a Marriott time share. The location is a short walk away from Harbor Town, a short ride to beautiful beaches, condo amenities that leave you wanting for nothing and bike trails that make you feel alive among the beautiful oaks. To say this condo exceeded our expectations, is an understatement. As soon as we walked in we realized we had made the right choice. The furnishings, the granite counter tops and the bedrooms being seperated from the living area made us feel very much at home. Lynn, the owner, is more helpful than a concierge at a 5 star hotel. Everything as or better than advertised. Very nice unit, clean, comfortable and fully stocked with games, toys and beach/pool stuff. Quiet, comfortable and high quality everything. Best part is owner is very accessible, helpful (there are materials there to help you navigate the island and activities, dining and whatever you want/need) and really cares that you have a great time. I'm staying there again!

Thank you so much for renting out your wonderful condo. It gave us a chance to enjoy the fabulous island of Hilton Head! What an ideal location. The location allowed us to enjoy all that Sea Pines had to offer. Heritage Villas has an amazing pool. Perfect for sun and shade seekers. My kids loved the pool because it was so large and deep. We had fun feeding the alligators and turtles off of the pavillion behind the condos. Our trip was absolutely perfect! We will be back! Thanks again!

We spent the month of February this year in this villa. The location is fabulous and just a short walk to Harbour Town. It has a very nice layout with the bedrooms upstairs. The master is large and quite comfortable. The kitchen has just been remodeled and is very cute. It is perhaps the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen!! Furniture was in good repair and very comfortable. Truly the best part of the villa, however, is the owner. She is so warm and incredibly accommodating. She adds that "extra touch".
