We had a fantastic time on our first visit to Hilton Head, primarily due to accomodations. The condo is very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed to feel at home! Lynn goes the extra mile by providing a book with activities around the area and even went as far as providing us with suggestions for activities for the Thanksgiving week via e-mail. We highly recommend staying here!

Everything you need is right at your fingertips! Condo was clean and well maintained. We've been coming to the island for years (sometimes 3 or 4 times a year) and this is one of the best places we've stayed. Previous vrbo experiences have not been the best, but Lynn is very helpful and easily reached if a problem arises. We WILL be staying here again. Thank you, Lynn, for a great and affordable place to call "home" for awhile.

This condo has everything: it is spacious, with 2-floors of bright, well-decorated living space. There are lots of touches that make you feel right at home, including a full closet filled with games and books for all ages. The kitchen is gorgeous, with more than enough space to add your own groceries, yet surely the most well-stocked rental, as far as everything you need to prepare and serve food. Everything was spic and span clean. The pool, out the back door, was huge and well maintained, with plenty of comfy lounge chairs. And that's just the condo! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Sea Pines, which is our favorite place to stay. Pick up the bike trail right outside your front door, and go in any direction to join walkers, bikers and joggers to explore this family-friendly environment. Staying at Sea Pines means you are staying in a peaceful, beautiful (the most gorgeous trees, draping with moss) environment, with restaurants, beaches, golf, tennis, shops.....all right there for you; yet just a short drive and you will be in the 'busy' part of the island, if you so desire. This condo had it all, and the owner was efficient, very accommodating and offered to assist us with any part of our stay. She provided a huge notebook, organized into a dozen different categories, which made you feel as if you had all of the information you would need to find/do whatever you desired. Was just a wonderful time, and we certainly will return to this same condo!

New Favorite Villa!

I went down just last week for a girls getaway for three days with my mother. This is definitely our new favorite place to stay when we come to Hilton Head. We can't wait to come back really soon and Ms. Lynn we appreciate so much your hospitality. We are regulars to Hilton Head and have stayed at many places on the island but none can compare. We will be back again and again!

The Perfect Vacation

We definitely recommend this place for a vacation. It is so spacious and comfortable. The pool is very close and it is a short drive to a beautiful beach entrance with plenty of parking. You have everything you need inside Sea Pines. The owner had everything arranged so there were no problems getting our parking pass and entrance into the condo. Great time!

Great Villa and Owner

Everything as or better than advertised. Very nice unit, clean, comfortable and fully stocked with games, toys and beach/pool stuff. Quiet, comfortable and high quality everything. Best part is owner is very accessible, helpful (there are materials there to help you navigate the island and activities, dining and whatever you want/need) and really cares that you have a great time. I'm staying there again!

Location!, Location!, Location!

My wife and I, along with our daughter and granddaughter, had the pleasure of staying in this condo for a week and walked away feeling like we had been in a Marriott time share. The location is a short walk away from Harbor Town, a short ride to beautiful beaches, condo amenities that leave you wanting for nothing and bike trails that make you feel alive among the beautiful oaks. To say this condo exceeded our expectations, is an understatement. As soon as we walked in we realized we had made the right choice. The furnishings, the granite counter tops and the bedrooms being seperated from the living area made us feel very much at home. Lynn, the owner, is more helpful than a concierge at a 5 star hotel. Thank you Lynn for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful condo. We can't wait to come back. Jim & Fran

Thank you so much for renting out your wonderful condo. It gave us a chance to enjoy the fabulous island of Hilton Head! What an ideal location. The location allowed us to enjoy all that Sea Pines had to offer. Heritage Villas has an amazing pool. Perfect for sun and shade seekers. My kids loved the pool because it was so large and deep. We had fun feeding the alligators and turtles off of the pavillion behind the condos. Our trip was absolutely perfect! We will be back! Thanks again!

Great rental. Very clean and nicely furnished Loved being able to walk to Harbortown. We enjoyed all the bike trails and loved biking to the beach and being able to ride on the beach. The pool was not opened for the season while we were there but we did sit by the pool. Would definitely consider renting this place when we return to Hilton Head.

Great Stay on Hilton Head Island

My family, (wife and 2 kids - 9 & 10) have stayed on Hilton Head Island during March break for the last 7/8 years. In the past - we always stayed at Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort. This year, however, we had the pleasure of renting this villa instead. It was one of our best stays ever on the island. First and foremost, Lynn - the owner, was extremely easy and helpful to deal with. All of my questions were answered promptly. This is always a relief for a first time renter on VRBO, Secondly, the unit itself is perfect for a family of 4. The villa is well maintained, bright and clean. It is well laid out, and has plenty of room for everyone to spread out, relax, watch tv, read, etc. As the family cook, I really appreciated the well designed and stocked kitchen. Last - the Heritage Villas are well situated in the lovely Sea Pines plantation - perfect for access to Harbour Town, but also a short bike ride to the beach.

We spent the month of February this year in this villa. The location is fabulous and just a short walk to Harbour Town. It has a very nice layout with the bedrooms upstairs. The master is large and quite comfortable. The kitchen has just been remodeled and is very cute. It is perhaps the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen!! Furniture was in good repair and very comfortable. Truly the best part of the villa, however, is the owner. She is so warm and incredibly accommodating. She adds that "extra touch".

Super place, well furnished, great location. Less than a one minute walk to a great pool. We felt right at home. The owner was very available, and incredibly easy to work with and flexible. Tons of toys, games and beach equipment, which the owner was kind enough to allow us to use.

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo! It is advantageously located to all the amenities offered in this plantation. The owner was very helpful and accomodating to us, making sure our stay went well. The pool in the complex is just a few steps from the back patio of this unit, which was a big selling point with my kids! This is the second year we have rented this unit and would do so again next year, as well as recommend it highly as a clean, spacious, well-stocked, wonderfully-located place to stay.

Very good communication with owner, excellent location, nice furnishings, games, beach toys, and more! Our family has been to Sea Pines 7 times over the last 14 years and we really like the location of Heritage Villas and this one is close to the swimming pool. Our family loves the bike trails and doesn't mind the longer ride to the beach. We think the Heritage Villas suit our desires best! Playing tennis on the clay courts of Sea Pines is awesome.

This villa was very clean and nicely decorated. Being an end unit it had great access. It is in a great location and has a very nice pool. The owner was wonderful to work with and very helpful. We would definitely recommend it to others and hope to stay there again. Hilton Head is the best!

Fabulous villa. Very bright, clean and nicely decorated. Owners were great to do business with. Pool was beautiful but a little to cold for us (March 09). Great location near Harbourtown and South Beach. We will certainly be back :)
