Our Suite is comfortable and tranquil, with ambience to fully enjoy your vacation ... and only 300 feet from the famous La Ropa beach.
The Suite is 645 square foot, there is a separate bedroom with a king-size bed, living/dining room, equipped kitchenette, and a small terrace to enjoy our warm weather. Individual Air Conditioner and Cable TV with more than 50 channels.
The pool is 40 x 16 x 5.5 feet deep, has an area for lounge chairs and umbrellas, and a roofed area with table and chairs for relaxation, to play a game, read a book or to prepare a charcoal broiled steak in our grill.
The suite is very quiet at night. No noisy streets. We also have other suites available and a penthouse.
We are a very short stroll to the beach. On the way to the beach are restaurants and a few shops.
Laundry service can be provided for a small fee. Your laundry will be picked up and your clean laundry will be delivered to your door the following day.

- La Ropa Beach is a calm beach that is swim friendly. Lots of restaurants are along this fantastic beach. Our bungalow is for adults only. The sofa in the living area can be used as a bed if you have trouble sleeping with your partner. Try zip-lining in Ixtapa for a different adventure.

Why the Owner Chose Zihuatanejo
Unlike some properties in La Ropa area, ours does not have a hill to climb. The area is safe and quiet.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Location, location, location.....Our condo is in a quiet area but so accessible to everthing Zihua has to offer. The bus service goes right by the door and there are lots of taxis to take you into downtown Zihua or wherever you wish. The beach is a 5 minute stroll and La Gratis beach is within walking distance. Wear your shoes though if walking to La Gratis!

Very nice, clean condo and well worth the price. We had someone clean condo each day. A block away from beautiful La Ropa beach, and nice restaurants, Cheap prices too! The photos of condo are exactly what you get, for a great view from your balcony, try to stay in 5, 6 or penthouse. On the beach there is para-sailing, fishing boats, banana boats. Try the canteena just before the beach, 10 pesos for a beer! The local bus runs right by the condo, 5.5 pesos for fare to downtown, takes about 10-15 minutes. Cabs are always available for 30-40 pesos to downtown. We took the bus everyday, and loved it! We would definetly recommend this condo to anyone!

We would like to thank Victor & Maricella for being such fantastic hosts. We stayed for over a month and had an absolute fabulous time. We recommend this condo to anyone. It is very close to the ocean and the photos do not do it justice, it is a beautiful condo. We will definately be back and hopefully soon. We agree completely with the previous guest comment regarding this property. The owner Victor and his family treated us excellently and made us feel very much at home. Our stay here has made us come to the conclusion that we would not stay at a hotel resort again when we can be in such a wonderful place as this. It is very relaxing where you can set your own pace with none of the hassles such as trying to get a pool spot for the day like you find at the hotel resorts. The rooms and all areas are new and kept immaculately clean. It is just a short distance to walk to the beach and a public bus comes by the front of the property to take you to downtown Zihuatanejo. We will definitely be back.

We were the first guests at the bungalows. The bed was like heaven. Everything was spotless and the maid could not been any more thorough. She even washed our clothes! Victor the owner was very helpful and suggested many restaurants and even helped us with the BBQ. We would certainly stay there again. It is so quiet but you can still hear the ocean softly on the balcony. What a beautiful view from the penthouse! Thanks to the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.
