The surfing and kayak beach is located just 1 block away with lifeguard on duty.

A bonus room located on the ground floor, with courtyard access is suited perfectly for the young or the mature. It is equipped with a pool table, dartboard, TV, DVD player and Wii (bring your own games). The main Living level features Brazilian hardwood floors, a 42-inch plasma screen TV with surround sound, VCR, DVD, CD, AM/FM stereo receiver and comfortable furnishings. The custom kitchen is packed with all the luxuries for a gourmet chef including stainless steel appliances and granite countertops with island seating. It also provides the necessities –blender, coffee maker, large pancake griddle, toaster oven, toaster, crock pot, a majority of your toiletries and paper products and much more. And for those who like to grille, we have an additional grille on our spacious deck. Who doesn’t enjoy grilling Oceanside? Keep cool with ceiling fans throughout, central air or visit us in the off-season and warm yourself by the fireplace.

The pictures for this house do NOT do it justice!!! This house is amazing! The owners truly thought of everything you could possibly need and have it available for you! I would recommend this house in a heartbeat and we look forward to renting it again in the future!!!!!!!
