Cute and cozy 2 bedroom, 2nd floor end-unit. Remodeled in 2007, new tile floors & windows Fall 2009.
Two large bedrooms each with its own sink. Full bath. Master bedroom has a queen bed and cable TV. 2nd bedroom is great for the kids with a twin over full bunk bed.
Living room has a huge, comfy sectional from which to enjoy the cable TV, DVD/VCR and wood-burning fireplace. Queen-size commercial-grade sofa sleeper. Kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs and includes a full-size dishwasher.
Hi Country Haus is a large condo complex on 25 wooded acres with the Fraser river running through it. A central recreation center offers an indoor pool, 4 large hot tubs, game room, sun deck, picnic pavilion, wireless internet access and coin operated laundry.
Great for groups or family reunions. Walk to Main St., restaurants, convenience store, ski shop and movie theatre.
Free ski shuttle to Winter Park stops in front of the building. 20 minute drive to Sol Vista family-oriented ski area

We live in Boulder and enjoy coming up to Winter Park during all of the seasons. Our kids love all of the activities available here and Mom and Dad love it too!
Why the Owner Chose Hi Country Haus
This condo has been in our family for years. We recently took over managing it, and have completely updated the interior. We love going to Winter Park to ski/board in the winter and to golf, fish, mountain bike and just hang out in the summer!

We really enjoyed the condo. It was comfortable and had plenty of room for 4 adults (the sinks in each bedroom are a nice plus). It was very convenient as it was about a 2-3 minute drive to pretty much anywhere in the town of Winter Park and only a 5 minute drive to the ski resort. The kitchen had everything we needed. Great value, would definitely return.

Brad and Lisle, boy did we enjoy your little cottage in Winter Park. We had the Grandsons up for a couple of days, and my Grandaughter for a week. We just loved the motife of bears-especially the one next to the fireplace. Your place was laid out just right and was super comfortable. We especially loved the new tile, it was neat. The fact that the bus stopped right out front made it convenient to get to the ski village. The skiing and apres ski were just the best. I hope we can get it again next year. Thanks again. Pete
