“Casual Elegant” describes this unique St Maartin condo. Hand painted murals complement the colorful rooms. Sea shells adorn a custom, hand made mirror overlooking the dining area. Professionally decorated, with works of art hanging through out. Custom designed window treatments and bedding contribute to the Caribbean décor.
St Maarten is certainly the most desirable location in all Silver Shells Resort! Gulf front; featuring floor to ceiling views of the Gulf in the living area as well as two spacious gulf front bedrooms! Step off the elevator directly into the foyer of your vacation home. The unit will sleep 8 guests comfortably. It is furnished with a King bed in the master, a king bed in the first guest room, two twin beds in the second guest room and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Both king bedrooms over look gulf. Each has a separate walk in shower; the master also has a whirlpool tub. There are ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms. The dining area has seating for 6 at the dining table plus 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar. Adjacent to the dining area is a wet bar with ice maker. The fully equipped kitchen has all the amenities. There is also a washer and dryer. Each bedroom and the Great Room are equipped with their own television sets and DVD players. WiFi is complementary at St. Maarten.
St. Maarten is the closest rental building to the beach. A large tile balcony provides for outside entertaining and gorgeous beach, pool and common area views.
