"Our Seaside Retreat" located in Kill Devil Hills, NC, is a minute walk to the beautiful beach at MP 6.5.
It has three bedrooms, each with a queen bed; two bathrooms, a modern kitchen with all new appliances, a large comfy living room, a dining room table that seats six and a game room. The game room features a plasma television, a foosball table, darts, and a combination game table that has checkers, chess or ping pong.
The living room sports a 46" Plasma HDTV while the master bedroom offers a 26" HDTV. Feel free to bring your favorite video game system to enjoy while you're here.
For your convenience, there is also a new washer and dryer onsite and a clean, modern outside shower to wash off your day at the beach or on the dunes.
We know how important your down time is - that's why our place is clean and attractive. The furniture is new and everything works as it should to insure that you have a hassle free vacation. In the unlikely event that you do experience trouble, we have a contact number for you to call for immediate assistance. We prefer to rent to adults and families as this is a family centered beach town. We're less than a mile from the Wright Brothers National Monument and convenient to all local attractions and shopping.

Why the Owner Chose Kill Devil Hills
We both really enjoy the beach. Kill Devil Hills is close enough for us to spend weekends but far enough away for us to get away from work and everyday life. It's really a sleepy town that reminds me of the way the Jersey Shore was in the 70's before it got so crowded.
We enjoy the friendliness of a small town and the shopping, local restaurants and night spots. There really is something for everyone in KDH.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The front porch is my favorite part of the house. We really enjoy relaxing on the porch with a cold drink in the evening. I also love to have my coffee and paper on the porch in the morning.
We love being so close to the beach - we're a minute walk to one of the nicest beaches on the East Coast. In the summer, the water is warm and the weather is great. In the spring and fall, the weather is mild and we love to get away for weekends away from it all. In winter, we love the solitude that a small, sleepy little town offers. Everyone is so friendly!
