This is a family owned condo, a great place in an ideal location all seasons. The condo has two sun decks which get sun all day.
This upscale 2200 sq ft townhouse is used by our family in the off season and with three levels and two bedrooms with own bath, can accommodate 4 groups.
Free wireless Internet. It is a well appointed and comfortable place, one of the nicest two bedroom condos you will find in Georgetown. All the furniture, decorations and floors are new.
One block from Georgetown Lake and backs to Saxon Mountain. 14 minutes from Loveland Ski Area with its unique location atop the Continental Divide with natural snow volume that makes it one of the best places in Colorado to ski powder.
It is only a short drive to Keystone, A-Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Winterpark. You are also close to the Georgetown Loop Railroad, Guanella Pass, and Mt. Evans Wilderness area.
The townhome has three levels: The Main level has a spacious floor plan with a large dining table, bar stools, and kitchen nook, blender, fully stocked kitchen with excellent bake ware, cookware, mixing bowls, spices, oils, vinegars, and condiments.
There is a large oven, microwave, crock pot, refrigerator, dishwasher and disposal. The family room has a gas fireplace, leather couch (queen size sleeper) and reclining leather chairs, and a 50 inch flat-screen TV, with a blue ray player with surround sound.
There is a gas grill on the deck located off of the family room which looks out to the lake. On the upper level, the master bedroom has a queen size bed, 26 inch flat screen TV and a balcony that faces the lake.
There is a deep, jetted tub in the master bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, 26 inch flat screen TV and its own full bath. There is a laundry room on this level with iron and board.
The fully finished lower level has two leather sofas (both queen size sleepers), leather love seat and a 58" HDTV flatscreen with a blue ray player and surround sound stereo.
This level also includes a full bath, large storage. You can step out the sliding doors to sit on the patio which backs to a rock garden.
There is ice-fishing or watching the jeep racers on the frozen lake in the winter months. Visit the Big Horn Sheep viewing area or hike around the lake.
Other entertainment options: WII with 4 controllers and several games, board games, Broadband Internet with Wi-Fi.
