It is set up in typical Hawaiian style as a large studio The windows open the full width of the condo to bring the outside in. Completely remodeled 2007. Many upgrades, new appliances, closet organizer, beautiful stone bathroom, window seat with storage.
-One month minimum rental, weekly rentals are not permitted by the building.
-Note, owing to the full width window opening,infants and small children must not stay in or be left unsupervised in this unit.

We have been to Hawaii over a dozen times and this is by far the best place we have stayed. The apartment location is great and the apartment has everything a person needs. It is close to quiet beaches, parks, tennis courts and public transit. The view is breathtaking and it was wonderful to be able to enjoy every meal over looking the ocean. We often saw turtles swimming in the ocean in front of the apartment. The owners were very kind and accommodating and always easy to get a hold of. We will definitely go back! We would recommend this apartment to any couple looking to visit Hawaii.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.

My husband and I rented this condo for three months this year. It was the best one we have ever rented in Hawaii in our 20+ years of renting there. It was reasonable, immaculate and beautifully decorated as the pictures have shown.. The owners were always just a phone call or email away for any of our needs or questions. It is close to the bus line and has a wonderful restaurant on the first floor.We have rented it for the next year and hopefully many years there after. Our thanks to them for such a special winter home. They would be highly recommended by us for any of their rentals.Recommended for: People with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
