Our gorgeous, Hawaiian plantation-style vacation condo in the Fairway Villas resort complex is surrounded by the lush greens and fairways of the world class Beach Golf Course of Waikoloa. The ultimate vacation for Hawaii golf! It’s just 20 minutes north of the Kona International Airport, and located across the lake from the Kings’ Shops and beautiful crescent-shaped white sand beach of Anaeho’omalu Bay.
As a guest of our Big Island condo, in this private, gated community, you will enjoy the use of our infinity edge pool with elevated rock spa overlooking the 9th hole and Kings’ Lake, fitness center, and poolside picnic and dining area with gas barbecues. Fabulous shopping and dining are a short lake-side stroll away at the Kings' Shops. If you feel like being pampered, visit either of the wonderful spas at neighboring Marriott or Hilton hotels.
Our immaculate two bedroom, two bathroom Resort Villa, offers a relaxing and elegant environment to fully enjoy all the Big Island has to offer. It’s professionally decorated and provides many upgraded amenities including a complete kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and master bath with oversized jacuzzi soaking tub.
It also includes DVD/theater surround sound, high speed/wireless Internet access, set of golf clubs for your use, and all beach accessories (beach towels, chairs, umbrella, mats, ice chest, etc.). Relax on our lanai which overlooks the 1st hole green and 2nd hole tee box with the Kohala mountains as the backdrop.
We think of our condo as our home away from home and have provided everything we appreciate at home - down to some of our favorite movies, CD's, high-quality towels and linens (replaced often), etc. It's not your "typical" rental condo. We had a wonderful trip to Hawaii. Your condo was perfect. We felt at home and very comfortable there. The location is great, plenty of activities that are close and not far from other places for sight-seeing. Bill golfed four times and I joined him twice. We took his parents to many beautiful places and the condo was good because they could also relax there when they were tired from the road trips. Much better than a hotel room. We did cook at the condo for about half our meals and found the kitchen well-stocked with dishes, utensils and pots and pans. It was difficult to leave and we arrived back in Indiana to single digit temperatures during the day, below zero at night, and 6 inches of snow on Tuesday.

We loved the condo and loved our vacation here in Hawaii! Thanks for such a wonderful place. The week went by much too fast. Some of our favorite activities included hiking the volcanoes (got to see lots of real lava flow! Wow! Hot!); going to the top of Mauna Kea (it was breathtaking - like another world up there - and such a sunset); taking a 4-wheel drive tour of Waipio Valley...and of course we also enjoyed relaxing at the place here, pool and hottub. Lots of walks around Waikoloa!..
