  When we arrived at the condo, there were not any clean linens on the beds. There were dirty towels and sheets in the bath tubs. Trash was still in waste baskets. The kitchen counter was dirty and the floors had not been swept. So basically after 13 hours of driving, we arrived and I had to do laundry and clean the condo. I did contact the owners. They said they would "make it right" however nothing was done.On a positive note it was an easy walk to the beach.

We have hired a new company and are confident all requests will be handled with care for our future guests. We sincerely apologize for any conveniences and are thrilled that you enjoyed your vacation.

  Condo was exactly as described. First half of our stay only bad experience was related to loud partiers that were staying in the unit above ours. Grounds were nice and well kept. Unit very close to pool. Management of property was very nice and helpful. By end of trip only problem was having to leave:( Was perfect for our first family vacation to the beach and want to stay again! Only recommendation for owners is to make sure whoever is cleaning condo between renters is doing the complete list of things they should be.....not sure why but floors had not been mopped in what looked like a good while and splatters or spills were on walls in kitchen and master bedroom, which i cleaned with lysol wipes upon arrival. I also had to scrub and clean out the kitchen garbage can which had things growing in it and was smelling bad. As a mom, very used to cleaning up things, just not how I wanted to start off my vacation.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

  My family loved staying at this property. Such a short walk to the beach. And so many other things in walking distance. But still close enough to drive to all Mertle Beach has to offer. We found it very easy to keep our ten and thirteen year old busy. Like staying in you own apartment. Would love to return!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Thank you Mulhern Family for a great stay at your condo. The kids enjoyed every minute of their vacation and so did we. The site is very quiet and clean. I would recommend to anyone to have their stay in Shorehaven. We shall be back next year for a longer stay.

  Great place to stay, great atmosphere, clean, don't have to worry about anyone, very safe. Easy walk to the beach and very easy to navigate through North Myrtle Beach and surrounding locations!! Would definitly go back anytime and stay!!

Nightly Rates will incur an additional fee of $135 to cover departure cleaning and linens.

Certified Funds or PayPal are accepted as payment

Reservations made over 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of rate is due for the deposit and remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival

Reservations made within 30 days prior to arrival: 100% of rate due to reserve the unit
