Wonderful penthouse condo! We stayed here with 3 adults & 5 kids - room for everyone! Condo & photos depicted each area accurately! Would recommend to anyone!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Just returned home from Christmas at the beach. This condo is gorgeous. It is much larger than it appears in the pictures and has everything you need in the kitchen. The reason I could only rate it average is because the heated pool and hot tub were not working. It was winter and we were very much looking forward to those amenities... Also no patio table on balcony...The owners were easy to work with and very prompt responding to any issues, also refunding $100 for pool and hot tub issues. After talking with some of the owners who were there while we were it seems this complex has had issues with the hot tub and pool for over a year... So if those things are important I eod not recommend this condo, however, if not, it's a very nice place and is in an excellent location to the Pier Park shopping complex.
Owner response:Our Christmas renters were accurate in their description, and were lovely to deal with. We recommended a water park nearby and gave a refund to help with that inconvenience. A new table showed up with three legs, and rather than a brand new table, which was our plan, they had none. The hot tub was in operation on the last day of their stay, and the pool was to be in operation by the end of the year, so they missed that by a couple of days. It was a comedy of errors, which should not be a future issue. UPDATE: Pool is warm and ready. 2 new grills, and 7 new palm trees as of this past week. 1.30.2012
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway.

Nicely furnished, very roomy and open (high ceilings), beautiful views (Sunrise and Sunset from large balcony). Nice appliances, short wait on elevators, Beach was not crowded. Convenient to everything.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My family and I stayed at this location Aug 29th-Sept 05 and we had a wonderful time. This unit is decorated beautifully and the kitchen is very well stocked. The owner was very helpful and answered my emails in a very timely manner.I would definetely rent this unit again. The view and sunsets fromthe balcony were breathtaking!!!
