In the morning have your coffee on the deck or grab a fishing pole and head down to your private dock. Lake Nacogdoches has been stocked with 20,000 six-inch largemouth bass with trophy genes. If fishing is not your forte, then swing lazily in your hammock reading your favorite book while enjoying spectacular views of the lake.
The two story A-frame house has wall to ceiling windows in the main living/dining area and looks directly on to the lake. During winter months you can snuggle on pillows by the fireplace. The dining area is open to the kitchen and is fully equipped. Enjoy the comforts of home away from home,
The upstairs has a spacious master bedroom with a king size bed and panoramic views of the lake. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a day bed with trundle. The two bedrooms are connected by a bathroom. Downstairs, the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. There is a second bathroom downstairs as well as second kitchen with refrigerator, ice maker, washer and dryer.
Enjoy brilliant sunsets, great fishing, and the tranquility of the outdoors at this cozy house on the lake. Bring your boat or jet ski and explore the lake. Sunbathe on the dock, or swim and float the day away (two floats provided). Challenge your companions to a game of ping pong or shoot a few hoops while grilling on the barbie.
