  We had a great time staying in your condo and we will be back for sure. Donna and Stephen always emailed me back when I had a question and even got us in a day early. All I gotta say with the view is WOW!! When we arrived I walked out on the deck and seen so many dolphin I could not count!! I was in heaven. That was where we sat most of the time just watching them play. Thank you so much for letting us stay and we will be back next year!! :)

  We loved staying at Foot Prints so much! It was easy getting the reservation set up, and everything was just as described. It is perfect for a couple, and everything that we needed was right there. We have visited Tybee often, but always stayed on the main beach area. We will stay on the North Beach forever more! The view from the balcony was awesome. The dolphins, boats, ships, shells - there was so much to see without leaving the balcony. The beach was so clean and beautiful, perfect for walking. And the sunset each evening was breath-taking. We will return to Tybee next year, and the availability of Foot Prints will be the first thing that we check!

  We arrived in Tybee trying to outrun a hurricane and managed some success! We were happy to find a small, very clean, condo with an unbeatable view. I would not suggest this unit for parties of 3 or more, but it was perfect for our purposes. Bedroom was tight but comfy cozy. We spent the entire time either watching dolphins from the balcony or out on a rental kayak getting up close and personal. Food: Rock house truly rocked. We were unsure when ordering if it would deliver, but did it ever! Fried pickles and great Mahi tacos. Crab shack was a lot of fun as well and I could see it being great for kids. sea kayak georgia were very informative and friendly to deal with. Best fun I had on the island. Check out the Happy Fish "gallery" The owners of this rental were thorough and quick to respond with booking. We didn't really interact other than email but that is our travel style and not a reflection on them.

  Owner response: Thanks for your review. We advertise that this unit can accommodate up to four; however, with one bathroom, two folks is perfect! We have had MANY anniversay/honeymoon couples thoroughly this unit. The view is so wonderful - dolphins year-round - many more in the summer. In the winter, the population of dolphins drops to about 50 (we're told) BUT in the spring/summer/fall, the beautiful creatures soar in population to around 300. So, we're glad you enjoyed your stay and hope your comments will help others choose our quaint, cozy condo!!

  My family had a great visit to "Footprints". We have a young son who still sleeps in a pack-n-play so it was a great set up for us. We were able to put him in the hallway and close the doors so my husband and I could enjoy the living room and the deck without bothering him. The condo has all the amenities that you could need while on vacation. We loved watching the shrimp boats and the dolphins. There always seemed to be something moving out on the water which just thrilled our son. The whole complex is family friendly and very nice! We are looking forward to our visit next year!

  Started with such a smooth, easy, booking experience with Donna and Steve, and from there it all went even further "up" hill! Easy to find, easy to access, and just a beautiful unit and setting. Loved the Dolphins! But think the most quaint and memorable moment was being able to ride our bikes (rented from Fat Tire and they delievered!) ON THE BEACH!! Quiet and lovely island....cannot wait to book our next visit! The condo had everyting you could think of and the view was fantastic! We opted to have most of our meals(went to the IGA and bought fresh shrimp & steaks!-reasonable) out on the balcony since such a short visit. The electric grill worked just fine for making the steaks:)-we did go to Spanky's one evening per your suggestion-good food(the fingers and spuds) and good service. Toured the Fort and Lighthouse-worth the $8.00. Clean Condo and overall property. Beach access was great! Thank you Donna and Steve for letting us share your beach haven!

  This is a great condo for a couple. It is very nice, well stocked and has a fabulous view! You are minutes from walking on the beach and relaxing or close to lots of things to do. The owners were very prompt in answering all our questions.

  Another great year at Footprints. We were here last year and our friends rented Fishtales from the same owners. It is so nice you just can't believe it! This year from our balcony we watched the dolphins, fishing boats, cargo ships, Coast Guard rescue maneuvers and fireworks in the Savannah harbor! All from the balcony! The pool facilities are really nice and the location for downtown Tybee or Savannah is perfect. The photos are what you see is what you get. Clean and lots of amenities. We had everything we needed to eat dinner in so we could see the beautiful sunset and watch all the evening activities on the water.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

  They say that with real estate it is all about location! This condo is in a great location (not oceanfront, but in some ways even better). It was a treat watching the dolphins and the ships in the Savannah River all week. We even saw a manatee once. You can see Cockspur Lighthouse and Fort Pulaski from the balcony. Being on the quiet side of an already quiet beach (compared with others) is wonderful. It is a nice 25 minute walk to the jetty in front of Tybee Island lighthouse. The owners have made some upgrades to the condo and utilized the limited space very well.

  We enjoyed the beach and pool at the condo, and made use of the full kitchen and electric grill every night. 23 month old slept peacefully in her travel crib in the hallway and we were thrilled that we could close the door and enjoy the living room and deck while she napped and slept each evening. Not too far from downtown Savannah; we were easily able to make trips into town for sightseeing. The photos are accurate - you really are that close to the beach! We would definitely recommend this condo to others.

  We had unusual weather for visit (cold and rainy), but our time was delightful. The condo had everything we needed, and the view of the ocean was perfedt. Everyone on Tybee, and Savannah, was so friendly. I would highlly recommend this condo for anyone planning a trip to this areal
