This adorable 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in One Ocean Place has a breath-taking view of the ocean. The floor to ceiling windows across the front of the condo provide a direct view of the sandy beach and ocean from the kitchen, dining area, living room, and master suite. One Ocean Place is Garden City's premier luxury condominium complex, 15 minutes south of Myrtle Beach.

The condo’s inviting color, cute new beach furnishings, and new flooring draws guests back year after year. The living room is equipped with a new queen-size sleeper sofa, love seat, chair, bar, credenza, TV, DVD player, and CD player. The 4 panel sliding glass doors open to a large oceanfront balcony accessible from the master bedroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a black out draperies (for those who want to sleep in on their vacation), TV, and king size bed. The updated master bath offers a large garden tub and shower. The deck enjoys the morning sun but is protected from the heat of the late afternoon sun, making it perfect for happy hour.

The private 2nd bedroom with adjoining bath has twin beds, black out drapes, and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The complex has 2 pools, hot tubs, and a great beach deck.

We also offer a 3 bedroom unit in the same complex for larger families.

  • While on vacation the week of July 18th, we feel in love with this condo! It has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The view of the ocean is fabulous and the layout of the condo was perfect for our family. It was very comfortable and the kitchen was top notch, one of the best equipped kitchens we have had while on vacation. The only problem was that a week was not long enough.:) Beth made the rental process a breeze, great communication and follow up. We would definitely rent from her again.

  • Our visit to One Ocean Place, Unit 503 was one of the best places that we have ever stayed. The view of the ocean is unbelievable! Each room is beautifully decorated and clean. The patio provides additional space to dine and relax. We would recommend this location (specifically this unit) to anyone interested in having an enjoyable and relaxing stay at the beach.

  • Our family stayed in this lovely two bedroom condo in July, 2009. It was absolutely perfect! Fully furnished with everything you need. Very clean and everywhere you look, the decorations are great. Deck is large and view of the ocean is beautiful. Grocery stores close by. We would stay here again if we ever come back!

  • What a wonderful place to spend a vacation! The owners have decorated it so that you don't feel the separation between the ocean and condo. Practically everything you can imagine having in your own home is there for your use. Every inch is spic and span, and it's very obvious the carpeting and furniture have been replaced very recently and is maintained extremely well. I spent a week there recently and can't wait to do it again. It was one of the most relaxing, rejuvenating vacations ever. I can't think of anything I would change.
