We spent 6 weeks in this well-appointed condo. The unit exceeded our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and the view was exceptional particulalry the sunrises. The beach is fabulous, the neighbourhood is quiet and there are many good restaurants nearby. There are also many good golf courses close by. And last but not least Beth was very helpful and always pleasant to deal with. We would highly recommend staying here. Thanks Beth.

WOW !!! For a change you get what you see in the pictures. Actually my wife and I thought that the condo was even better in person.Super clean,everything works perfect. From the time you enter to the last detail....WOW again and the views are beautiful.Felt like home to all of us. Beth is wonderful to deal with, actually we had the chance to meet her, great gal. Location is between the two piers, great for walking up and down the beach. We have been home for 3 days and I have told at least 15 people about this condo. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a vacation at the beach.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in this condo. The view is great, the condo is very comfortable and clean. We really liked the decorating - bright and beachy - just as it should be! The beds were great, bathrooms great, living area great, kitchen great! The pools are wonderful, the beach - can't ask for much more. The property is very well maintained. Thanks!

Just got back yesterday. This place met and exceeded our expectations. The condo was thoughtfully furnished and outfitted. The kitchen had every thing a cook could need. WI-Fi worked great. The view of the beach was unforgettable. This was our first trip to South Carolina. The kids had a blast at the beach and pool. Very convenient access to everything restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We highly recommend this condo.

Clean, updated and the view can't be beat. It was especially nice to come in from the 105 degree heat index and sit in the cool condo and enjoy the view of the beach. Beth and Nancy are easy to work with and quick with everything you need. We will return!

Had a great time at Garden City! Weather was perfect, condo is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. Condo has great views and was as nice as advertised. Our young boys played in the ocean all day, everyday! Thank you Beth and Nancy for making the transaction process so easy. Much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

We LOVE this condo! It's our home away from home for our spring vacation and this is the 6th year we have stayed here and plan to come back every year. The condo is even nicer than the photos show--VERY clean, well-maintained, and we LOVE the beachy decor!! Everything is so coordinated. Plus the view of the beach and ocean is spectacular! Beth and Nancy are great to work with and they are always making upgrades to the unit. We also love the Garden City area as the beach is great for walking and relaxing and not too crowded and it is close to our friends who live nearby. Other area activities are fantastic golf, great music theaters and entertainment and shopping, GREAT restaurants such as Gulfstream Cafe, Sara J's, Bovine's, Divine Fish House, Conch Cafe next door, Springhouse for breakfast, and Painter's for ice cream. The parking is so convenient and the condo has absolutely everything we need for a wonderful vacation! We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone wanting a beautiful, oceanfront place to visit!

Very nice condo with wonderful views of the ocean and people enjoying the sun and sand below. Lots of room with many things provided. Beth and Nancy were great to work with and very speedy to respond. The one outstanding thing about this unit to us were the beds. They were so comfortable that we slept like babies. Perfect! Would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a quite and relaxing vacation in sunny Garden City Beach.

Pictures do not do this condo justice. Our family had a wonderful time during our stay, one of the nicest places you could imagine. Great views from the balcony, convenient parking and easy access to the elevator. We had a wonderful visit. Clean and very comfortable. Beautiful decor just right but not overdone. Master bathroom was beautiful with a jacuzzi tub. We would recommend this property to anyone that wants a great vacation at the beach. Beth was great to work with.

We had such a wonderful stay at this lovely clean unit. The high quality furnishings, recent upgrades and fully stocked kitchen made it such a pleasure to spend our two weeks. Being from NE Tennessee, it is fairly easy for us to get to lots of beaches on the North Carolina and South Carolina coast so we have many choices. Having experienced Garden City, and particularly this condo, for the first time, our first choice will be staying here. The view is fantastic, the beach very, very nice and everything is convenient. The condo was very clean and the pics really don't do it justice. It had everything we needed and the kitchen was especially well stocked with utensils/tools/etc. Working with Beth was so easy that it felt like I was talking with a friend. We will definitely go back!

WOW! that is first thing everyone said when we walked thru the door! The pictures do not do the Condo justice...so clean and well kept! One problem - we did not want to leave! Plan on going back again and again........Beth was great to work with, great suggestions on food, activities and Ice Cream! Easy access to beach and activities - nice to have the chairs/umbrella set up for you each morning!

Recently visited Garden City after visiting other beaches for 15 yrs. My husband found this condo available at the last minute and contacted the owner. Beth was so responsive to our needs and made our last minute travel plans very easy. The condo was great, very clean and has awesome views from every room. The unit is very close to the elevator, pool and beach. Daily beach chair&umbrella set up is a great benefit also. We are already making our plans with Beth to visit again in May of 2012.

Easter at the Beach

Not only was the condo everything you could want at the beach, but the weather cooperated perfectly, as well. The view from the deck is stunning! The full moon made it look like God had unfurled a roll of aluminum foil over the ocean. We cooked-in most meals (grocery stores are very close by) and weren't lacking for one single item in the kitchen. From the morning coffee grinder to the evening wine opener, this is a fully stocked kitchen. Blackout curtains in the master kept the sun at bay until I was good and ready to greet the day. I can't imagine asking for more.

We stayed at this wonderful condo January and February 2010. What a great experience! We were impressed with how clean it was. We found everything we needed for a comfortable stay in the condo. While on vacation the week of July 18th, we feel in love with this condo! It has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The view of the ocean is fabulous and the layout of the condo was perfect for our family. It was very comfortable and the kitchen was top notch, one of the best equipped kitchens we have had while on vacation. The only problem was that a week was not long enough.:) Beth made the rental process a breeze, great communication and follow up. We would definitely rent from her again.

Our visit to One Ocean Place, Unit 503 was one of the best places that we have ever stayed. The view of the ocean is unbelievable! Each room is beautifully decorated and clean. The patio provides additional space to dine and relax. We would recommend this location (specifically this unit) to anyone interested in having an enjoyable and relaxing stay at the beach.

Our family stayed in this lovely two bedroom condo in July, 2009. It was absolutely perfect! Fully furnished with everything you need. Very clean and everywhere you look, the decorations are great. Deck is large and view of the ocean is beautiful. Grocery stores close by. We would stay here again if we ever come back!

What a wonderful place to spend a vacation! The owners have decorated it so that you don't feel the separation between the ocean and condo. Practically everything you can imagine having in your own home is there for your use. Every inch is spic and span, and it's very obvious the carpeting and furniture have been replaced very recently and is maintained extremely well. I spent a week there recently and can't wait to do it again. It was one of the most relaxing, rejuvenating vacations ever. I can't think of anything I would change.
