Enjoy beautiful gulf sunset views from the second floor, southwest corner balcony. Les Falls is a nine floor (46 residences) condominium community on the tropical resort destination of Marco Island.

The unit is 2195 square feet, with large living area, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and laundry room. Sliding windows everywhere offer lots of light! BRAND NEW FURNITURE AND APPLIANCES! Master Bedroom has king bed, two walk in closets and large bath. Second bedroom (could be used as office) has murphy double-bed and hall bath and third bedroom has two double-over twin-bunk beds and it's own bath.

The wraparound balcony affords an additional area of enjoyment overlooking the swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts and beach. It can be accessed from the kitchen, the family room and the master bedroom! Other Les Falls bonuses include a beautiful indoor courtyard with fountains, a large fitness room overlooking the beach, a game room and a “party room” , with a big-screen TV and a complete kitchen.

Marco Island offers many fine dining opportunities as well as extensive shopping and recreational activities.

Golfing, shelling, boating, fishing and a wide variety of other activities are all within a few minutes of the condominium.

Crescent beach, the five mile stretch of fine, white sand is perfect for running, walking, sunbathing and watching the numerous species of shore birds.

Day trips to Everglades National Park, Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Key West via boat are all possibilities.

  • Highly recommend this condo. The amenities are terrific and the location is great. The building is quiet and private...The unit is hugely convenient and the views are great. An absolutely wonderful place for a family or a couple just getting away. We've visited Les Falls on a number of occasions and never run out of things to do. The beach is literally a stone's throw away. The Pool and hot tub are close enough to dive into off the unit's lanai. Tennis, work our facilities, billiards, all on site. All new furnishings. You can't beat this place!!

  • PERFECT! Looking forward to next time!!! This is a great spot for then entire family! The unit is beautiful, clean and quite spacious! The space is plenty big for everyone to relax, dine, play cards/games or sit and watch the sunset! The bedrooms are large yet cozy! And, GORGEOUS!!! The 3rd bedroom is enormous and can sleep 8! The entire unit is very comfortable and feels extremely fresh and clean! The deck is fabulous!!!! My husband and I enjoyed a glass of wine watching the sunset on the HUGE deck while the rest of the family swam in the pool directly below the deck. The workout room is state-of-the-art and faces the beautiful Gulf! The beaches are extremely wide so you never feel crowded. The shells are everywhere! Long walks on the beach are a must! Can't wait to go back!!!

  • This condo is just pefect for your stay in Marco Island!! The location is perfect and the ammenities are abundent! From the long walks on the beach to morning coffee on the deck, it was very relaxing!! Not to mention being able to walk to dinner or shopping! Great place!!!

  • When we go to Marco this is the only place to stay. The building and the unit is immaculate and has many updates. Everything you could want including a great pool area with a hot tub and a spectacular view. This is definitely a winner, you will not be disappointed.

  • This condo is magnificent! It's perfect for couples or families. With over 2,100 s.f. of living space, there's room for everyone. It's very tastefully decorated and has been kept in immaculate shape. I stayed there with 7 other girlfriends and we had a fabulous time. There are so many amenities it's east to find something to do. Hit the beach or pool during the day and watch the beautfiful sunsets from the wrap-around deck in the evening before heading out for dinner or shopping. I highly recommend this condo for a fabulous vacation experience!

  • I have stayed at this unit a few times. Ilove the location! So close to beach, great walking beach! Also close to resturants and shops as well. It is a beautiful and comfortable condo with beautiful views. Easy access to pool, workout rooms hot tub etc!

  • We have stayed in this unit several times and couldn't have made a better choice. Having stayed in numerous other condos on Marco Island, this one is by far the best in every way. The unit is furnished better than most homes, easy access, work out facility, hot tub, pool and world class beach view and sunsets. A for sure winner! Enjoy!

  • My fiancé and I have stayed in this beautiful condo several times. It is perfect. I think it is the best located unit in the building. It is only one flight of stairs from the front side entry, or from the pool. Of course you can take the elevator as well. It directly overlooks the pool. We love sitting on the large deck and watching the sunset. The building is only 6 stories tall, and is nice and quiet. Despite it’s size, it has everything you would want. A great fitness room...a game room....nice hot tub...a pool large enough to swim laps...tennis courts! The unit itself is spacious and very bright. It has all new furnishings and is very clean. The king bed in the master is FABULOUS. Master bath has a large tub, a shower, toilet and bidet and two sinks. If you have kids...the bunk room is really cute...big enough for kids to sleep and hangout in! Marco is great! There are plenty of stores and restaurants you can walk to....the beach is the best anywhere for walking or running!

  • Best condo location for access to game room, hottub, pool, and beach... The pool area is rarely ever crowded and it is very peaceful... I really enjoyed my stay! The pictures say everything about the place! Ps- tennis courts are great over the parking garage
