This BRAND NEW (built in May, 2008) house sits on an extra large gulf front lot with plenty of sugar white sandy beach to enjoy.
Combined with 2 (currently empty) lots to either side of this home, you will enjoy an ocean view literally the size of a football field!
Because our lot has such a large beach, we have installed a volleyball court with rope boundaries and a shuffleboard court for our guests to enjoy. We have also provided chaise lounge chairs (8) and 9 ft. wooden umbrellas (4)for use on the beach.

Our home consists of a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and private bath. A second bedroom contains a queen-sized bed while a third bedroom contains 2 twin-sized beds. Additionally, there is a sleeper-sofa in the main living area.
A wrap-around balcony with plenty of seating allows everyone to enjoy the amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico.
The property is locally managed, so any needs that might come up during your stay is just a phone call away.

Dear Mary & Scott, What an awesome time! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We loved relaxing on the beach and the deck. Your home offers so much, & we felt completely at home. From watching the dolphins in the surf to barbequing and shuffleboard, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. All of the little details like wifi and a terrifically stocked kitchen made our experience perfect. You do a great job on how how you manage things here. We look forward to a future visit. So sad to leave today. Thanks again. P.S. Capt Mike's Deep Sea fishing & Skinners Seafood were both amazing!!

Spent Spring Break here with our family. Enjoyed every minute of it. Weather was beautiful! Warm enough for the kids to take their first dip in the gulf. Lots of great fishing right at your beach! My cousin's son caught his first fish here! Wonderful memories. The beach was quiet and not crowded. Had lots of fun watching the dolphins, pelicans, and sea gulls. Great games of volleyball and shuffleboard. Thanks for sharing--we'll be back! Only suggestion: a pizza pan pizza cutter

We enjoyed our Spring Break week here. We often spend the week at Gulf Shores, but really enjoyed the quiet on the island. The house was terrific; we especially liked the shuffleboard. The 360 degree views on the deck make watching the stars at night great. The cinnamon rolls at the bakery are well worth the early morning trip. Fort Gaines and the Estuarium were very educational. Thanks for sharing your home.

We thoroughly enjoyed your home the past week. The covered deck is great to take a break from the sun, and still be able to enjoy the gulf. Also ejoyed playing shuffleboard, great family game and the large sandy beach. Hope our schedules work to rent next year. :)
