This BRAND NEW (built in May, 2008) house sits on an extra large gulf front lot with plenty of sugar white sandy beach to enjoy.

Combined with 2 (currently empty) lots to either side of this home, you will enjoy an ocean view literally the size of a football field!

Because our lot has such a large beach, we have installed a volleyball court with rope boundaries and a shuffleboard court for our guests to enjoy. We have also provided chaise lounge chairs (8) and 9 ft. wooden umbrellas (4)for use on the beach.

Everything you need is right here!

Our home consists of a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and private bath. A second bedroom contains a queen-sized bed while a third bedroom contains 2 twin-sized beds. Additionally, there is a sleeper-sofa in the main living area.

A wrap-around balcony with plenty of seating allows everyone to enjoy the amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The property is locally managed, so any needs that might come up during your stay is just a phone call away.

We know that you will enjoy our brand new beach home as much as we do!

  • We thoroughly enjoyed your home the past week. The covered deck is great to take a break from the sun, and still be able to enjoy the gulf. Also ejoyed playing shuffleboard, great family game and the large sandy beach. Hope our schedules work to rent next year. :)
