The front of the home is trimmed with palm tree cut outs. The front porch features double fans for additional breezes.
Open the door to this home and be prepared to fall in love and never want to leave. No detail was spared in construction and it shows in every single square inch. The wide open gourmet kitchen features Dacor appliances, remarkable granite counter tops, two separate sinks, on right by the 6 eyed gas stove, beautiful cabinetry, bar stools and more pots, pans, dishes, utensils that you would ever need. You will even be tempted to cook! This magnificent state of the art home features a smart home system with the electronics to prove it. The 50 inch LCD TV in the family room is equipped with surround sound. The den is beautifully decorated with furniture and built-ins. On this level we offer two bedrooms and a gorgeous powder room. The upstairs of the home features 4 separate bedrooms that are spacious and comfy! Over-packers are welcomed with more than ample closet space. Despite the rainy weather, we had a great time at the house and during our stay. The house was big and spacious and we all fit comfortably. The only negatives were that we were unaware and were never informed to bring toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap for bathroom. There was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom which would not have been an issue if he had known this simple ammenity was not included I would have definitely brought some. Due to the severe weather that weekend, it was difficult to go to a store to buy some and we were frustrated that tp, dish soap, sponge and hand soap in the bathrooms were not included in the price we paid for this rental and that we were not made aware of this before our stay. Besides that we would definitely stay again, and next time hope for sunnier weather so we could use the pool!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway.
Owner response: Thank you for the feedback. We do outline in our contract we dont provide paper products. They always seem to disappear. I will address the soap items with our maid service for future guests. Sorry about the weather that weekend it was some much needed rain.

We had a group reunion with former college friends and we came across this home. The visit was awesome and the house was phenomenal. Clean, well cared for, and in prime location between Wilde dunes and Sullivan's island. If you have a big group, there are plenty of beds. Would definitely advise that if you're looking for a house in the area to rent, take a long look at 8 34th ave.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our stay at the beach house was wonderful less the weather that was a bit colder than we expected. The house was gorgeous and very roomy for our family to get together. I wished it was warmer seeing how the beach was within walking distance. My wife and I spent last Thursday night at the home while on a business trip to South Carolina. We found everything to be as advertised. This is a beautiful home, quiet and just a block from the beach. With some excellent dining close by this home was just perfect.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway.

I am a resident of Mt. Pleasant had multiple groups of family and friends coming to visit.We rented the house so that we could all stay together and it ended up being the perfect place. The game room was great for hanging out and I wish the weather had been warmer so that we could have enjoyed the awesome pool area. Would definitely stay there again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Great house, great location and we all look forward to returning next year. The owners have been great to work with and we have truly enjoyed each day. The photo's and information listed on VRBO matched everything with no unexpected surprises. The house is super clean and all the comfort of home. Walking to the beach with our grandchildren (10, 8, 6, 2) was a breeze. About the owner: We are a local owners with just a few wonderful properties for rental on the Isle of Palms and in the mountains near Asheville, NC. We want everyone to feel like family while staying in our homes. This property is the larger of the two homes we own and manage. Our second home is a 3 bedroom in Wild Dunes. Jason has grown up in the Charleston area all his life and lived in Mt Pleasant, SC for the last 8 years. He is a local business owner of Ikon Financial Group on the Isle of Palms and in Mt Pleasant. Lissa is a homemaker with our new born Watson. Formerly a realtor she can be your direct link for any needs upon your arrival at our homes.
