Upon walking into this well appointed home you will be greeted by an amazing landscaped yard chocked full of vibrant sweet potatoes vine, different colored vincas, beautiful hydrangeas, bright colored lantana, confederate jasmine, palmettos galore, magnificent draping oak trees and several other eye catching vegetation. The front of the home is trimmed with palm tree cut outs. The front porch features double fans for additional breezes.
Open the door to this home and be prepared to fall in love and never want to leave. No detail was spared in construction and it shows in every single square inch. The wide open gourmet kitchen features Dacor appliances, remarkable granite counter tops, two separate sinks, on right by the 6 eyed gas stove, beautiful cabinetry, bar stools and more pots, pans, dishes, utensils that you would ever need. You will even be tempted to cook! This magnificent state of the art home features a smart home system with the electronics to prove it. The 50 inch LCD TV in the family room is equipped with surround sound. The den is beautifully decorated with furniture and built-ins. On this level we offer two bedrooms and a gorgeous powder room. The upstairs of the home features 4 separate bedrooms that are spacious and comfy! Over-packers are welcomed with more than ample closet space. Every window upstairs will take you to a peaceful place.

We are a local owners with just a few wonderful properties for rental on the Isle of Palms and in the mountains near Asheville, NC. We want everyone to feel like family while staying in our homes. This property is the larger of the two homes we own and manage. Our second home is a 3 bedroom in Wild Dunes.
Jason has grown up in the Charleston area all his life and lived in Mt Pleasant, SC for the last 8 years. He is a local business owner of Ikon Financial Group on the Isle of Palms and in Mt Pleasant.

We stayed at this home in Sept. 2011 for a family reunion. First off, it is a lovely home. Beautifully decorated, close to the beach, lots of room for our big group but it was a bit misrepresented. One of the reason I picked this home was because the description includes a bunk room, which may be true but there are no bunk beds anywhere in the home. We had four single males who were not interested in sleeping in a bed together so this house did not comfortably accomodate our group of 11. I really don't know how you could fit 12-14 in this house. There was also no pool table or ping-pong table. The kitchen was absolutely beautiful but I got the feeling the owners stocked it with appliance cast-offs from their home - there wasn't even a complete set of measuring cups or spoons. So it's fine as long as you don't want to actually cook. One of our biggest problems was getting our security deposit back. We completed all the requirements listed upon leaving and waited and waited for our deposit. It took several attempts on our part before we actually received it.
Owner response:We appreciate the feedback on the kitchen supplies and will address that issue during our winter. In reference to the bunk area we have a trundle bed that converts into two singles, two convertible sofas, and an air mattress on site. A bunk area description is more for the room suited for children so I think perhaps the renter could have asked us more questions concerning the make up of their group as we would not have individual sleepingn for adults. In reference to the security deposit we informed the renter there was some damage done during the month of September that was hidden from us we had to do some due diligence prior to any deduction from a damage deposit. This group was not responsible but it did cause a delay and we apologize Our Pool table was broken by a rental group and we replaced it with a foosball table, card table, and dart board. While not focusing on what was not there we have replaced items with comparable entertainment in our game room. Most homes do not offer any type of game rooms in our market. While we appreciate the feedback we do feel some explanation was needed. This group would have a difficult time finding the sleeping arrangements they desired at this price point in our market and we did make every effort to communicate with them on the security deposit issue. We appreciate the feedback on the kitchen items and we will address those concerns in our off season prior to 2012 Jason Myers

So My family loves Isle of Palms and have been staying there for the past 10 years. we haven't found a house we like more then this one. the Pool was awesome. the space was awesome. the best thing about it was that it could fit my entire family in there plus they were able to all bring a guest. the beach is only a block away and the beach is sooo pretty. we just love IOP. Also wanted to add how clean this house is which i know may seem weird but it means a lot when everything is clean and comfy. thanks

We spent a week at the property- 9 adults and 6 children. From the moment everybody arrived we knew it was going to be a great week. The house was beautiful and had all the comforts of home. Plenty of space so we didn't feel like we were on top of each other and a great rec room for the kids to enjoy. We all loved the pool and the 1 block walk to the beach was wonderful. By day 2 of our trip we decided to call Jason and sign an agreement to return next year. The communication I received from Jason was first rate. If you are traveling with a large group and need plenty of space at an affordable rate, this is the place for you! Can't wait until next summer!

I had the most incredible time staying at this place. The property is absolutely unbelievable and is in immaculate condition. The entire process was seamless and enjoyable. The pool is awesome, and there are tons of extra ammentities, such as a game room. This was the best vacation house i've ever rented, and we now plan on doing all our vacationing not only on the Isle of Palms, but at this specific house each time. Thanks for a great vacation Jason!!

Stayed in a lovely home just a block from the beach. Very nice comfortable house. Really could have just stayed by the pool at the house but had to get to the beach. Highly recommend. Our family will be back next year!!

nice house but the there were many misrepresentations. We were promised a pool but it was not usable for 5.5 days of or 7 day trip. Owner promised to refund our money but did not.
Owner response:We have a difference of opinions on this matter. There was a storm the day of the guests arrival and we had a filter go out on the pool. The pool was fixed and cleaned on Monday which was as soon as the pool company could arrive at the home. The pool was available a day later for use.We have a salt water system and fresh water makes the pool cloudy when combined with the filter going out the pool was unusable for a few days, but not the 5.5 as claimed. The client arrived on Saturday and I had already notified them of the issue I was moving to address the matter. I immediately made arrangements for them to have access at any one of 5 pools at Wild Dunes as we have a home in the resort as well. The group was given access to several other pools the day of her arrival within Wild Dunes, but chose not to use any of them and only demanded a refund after completion of her stay. I am always sceptical of guests that wait until departure to demand a refund. After consideration of the matter and looking at the initial discount we gave her for her stay we declined the refund she demanded, as an alternative pool was made available to the guest and the factors for the pool not being usable were out of our control. Unfortunately we were not able to agree on a fair amount. The pool is an ammenity of the property but there was no misrepresentation of any item there was an issue that was addressed immediately upon her arrival. Unfortunately I think this falls into the category of you can't please everyone all of the time. I went above and beyond to both address the matter and make another pool accessible to the client. The client did not use the alternatives we offered and the pool was usable on Tuesday of their stay. We stand by our home and we have implemented new procedures for the pool man to check the filters after each stay to insure we do not have this issue ever again. If any guests have an issue with our property we always address them immediately and we will continue to do so. Jason and Lissa Myers

We had a family reunion at the home this past summer. The home had lots of space and a great backyard area. The pool was wonderful and the owners were very easy to work with on the rental. Home was a block from the beach with very good access. Weather was perfect in June and we would definately recommend this home. Chris
