Location: Sea Mark Tower, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, USA. Our unit is located on the Golden Mile Strand just off Ocean Boulevard at 69th Avenue North. It is only 200 yards from the beach and just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, entertainments and amusements. From the 6th floor balcony, you have a spectacular views of the ocean as well as the (protected) natural marsh. Come and watch our pet heron 'Oscar'.
Accommodations: Luxurious, newly decorated, condominium, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, sleeps 6-8. Our master bath was just remodled with an oversized shower, shower stool, and grab bars. This renovation makes our unit much more handicap friendly. The building is also equiped with ramps and elevators.The second bath has also been renovated.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with dinnerware, cookware, utensils, small appliances, microwave and more for the chef to enjoy (and a dishwasher to clean up the mess). The kitchen also has a washer and dryer. The dining room seats 8 comfortably with seating at the breakfast bar for two.
Across from the dining room is a wet bar (for those who want to get wet). The living room is comfortably furnished, including an entertainment center. A large sliding glass door opens to a balcony with tables and chairs for enjoying the views and relaxing.
The master bedroom features a king sized bed, cable TV, double mirrored closets which adjoin a large master bath. It also has a large sliding glass door that leads to the balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds, double closet, cable TV and adjoins a full bath. The third bedroom is furnished with built in twin beds. Additional sleeping space is available on the sleeper sofa in the living room.
Myrtle Beach is a golfer’s paradise, but also a great vacation spot for the family. The pool and hot tub (seasonal availability) are located just off the rear deck at ground level. A gas grill is also at this location for your use. If you’re heading for the ocean, beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
Parking for cars only. Sorry no pets. No smoking. Our condo is our home away from home and we hope you enjoy our place as much as we do. Seamark does have wifi available.
