The best shopping, art galleries and more than 30 theatres and movie theatres are at a stones throw. If you like trendy fashion, the Bon Marche luxury department store and high-end boutiques are all close by.

But first, you will discover a lovely view on the Paris roofs, the Tour Eiffel, and les Invalides. On the balconies, facing South-West, you will also enjoy a sunny afternoon or the fabulous sunsets.

  • We had a fabulous time staying in Marina and Eric's beautiful apartment. We felt like we were living like true Parisiennes - the artwork and decor is very stylish but still comfortable and welcoming. The view of the eiffel tower was spectacular. There was plenty of space for 3 kids and the luxembourg gardens are extremely close. Marina and Eric made us feel extremely welcome and looked after us beautifully.

  • A cool,peaceful,well equipped,welcoming apartment.Beds were comfortable and our family of 6 (including grandchildren)loved it. We watched the Eiffel Tower sparkle at night.We eat great dinners locally and walked in the beautiful Luxembourg Gardens .Buses and the Metro are all close by .If you rent this apartment you will love it.

  • We had a great time staying in this lovely apartment. We have 4 young children and there was plenty of room, and even with the children we could walk right into the centre of Paris through the lovely left bank. The owners marina and Eric could not have been more helpful to us.

  • We had a wonderful stay in this lovely, light filled, spacious apartment with great views, lots of Parisian style and a short walk to Luxembourg Gardens. We were very pleased all around!!! We look forward to returning someday. Merci Beau Coup!
