It is a 2-story house located in a beautiful and safe Woodlake Community. It is 5 minutes from downtown, 5 min away from the beach, 15 min away from West Palm Beach, 30 min from Miami.
Nice front yard and a huge backyard that leads to a beautiful handmade lake.
The first floor of the house contains of a big Living room (6ft high) with a Dinette, Full Kitchen, spacious Master bedroom, big Florida room looking out at the lake; there's a second floor with two nice size guest bedrooms, full bath and huge loft from which you could also see the lake. There's a fully equipped kitchen, two large TV's, 2 DVD-players, stereo.
There's a 1-car garage with a carport.
There's all you need to enjoy your stay at the house - excellent community amenities (pool, tennis court, gym, sauna, club house). There's a public golf course next to the community.
