  The condo was great! Very clean and well appointed. The owner was great to deal with, very accomodating. Kingston Plantation is beautiful. The property is located close to everything, golf, shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and of course the beautiful beach! We are already looking to book this unit again this summer, we can't wait to get back!

  We found the property to be as descrbed on line. There were a few cleaning issues, however they were addressed immediately! My contact was very responsive to our needs and was most gracious and apologetic for the few small areas that needed a touch up. I would highly recommend this location. The view was perfect and the Kingston Plantation is a beautiful place to stay. Thanks for a beautiful week at the beach with our family!

  Lovely accommodations -- clean. My family and I were really looking forward to our stay in Myrlte Beach and these accommodations helped make that possible. Great dealing with owner / representative. Very nice, friendly and prompt in answering questions. Would definitely rent this unit again.

  We found the property in great shape upon arrival. Everything was clean and ready for our family. Condo was spacious and included all the items we needed in the kitchen. Beds were perfect for much needed rest. The living room allowed us all to relax and watch movies when the weather didn’t cooperate. Location was a breeze for getting in and out to restaurants during meals. The amenities were superb and the transaction couldn't have been easier. We will definitely stay here next year. Thanks for letting us spend the week!

  We had a great week at the condo it was nice only thing it could use a update on tv. Beds were great sleep very well. Kitchen was great very nice pans. ONly complaint I have was with the cleaners we arrived no toilet tissue we called they offered to bring some over but we had to go out anyway. The owners should think about getting different house cleaners the worst thing was the shower curtains were molded really bad in both bathroom, so change house keeping and would love to stay again

  I have rated this condo as average, however, I must say that the owner was very responsive to my needs and rectified my concerns almost immediately. Compared to other units that I have rented at Kingston I did not feel that this unit was up to my standards for Kingston Plantation. It needs some TLC. Again, the owner was easy to work and did respond to my concerns.

  Owner response: I knew from the very beginning that this renter was going to be very high maintenance! While we did respond immediately to the renters concerns over the pots and pans she complained about, I had a feeling there was no satisfying this individual. This is the first "average" review we have gotten in 6 years of renting our unit.

  We really enjoyed our stay at South Hampton. Our condo was lovely and very clean. We had a wonderful view of the beach and were close to many fine restaurants in the area. We would definitely go back again.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

  This was my second time staying at this condo and it probably won't be my last! Great location in the beautiful Kingston Plantation. Lovely beachfront spot and great amenities!

  Thanks for a terrific weekend. Plan to visit again. Great price for the resort feel and terrific views from the 11th floor - every room with balconies. Super clean.
