I have to admit I was a little nervous about booking this home getaway, since we have always stayed at all inclusive resorts when traveling out of the United States. I was very pleased with the personal service that we were given. All of our questions through email and phone calls were answered right away. I would recommend this place to stay to anyone. The apt. was very clean and pictures on the web site are accurate. We did travel everyday finding new places to explore. Although Jobo beach is a must to see, we found that Crash Boat Beach a public beach was more suitable for relaxing on the beach and swimming. It is about a 20 minute drive from Isabela. The grocery store was only a short driving distance away. We also drove to Rincon, watching the surfers, then to Cobo Rojo taking in the lighthouse and Bahia Sucia beach. The beach there was so beautiful that we drove back to spend a whole day there. After we leftCobo Rojo we went to Phosperscent Bay where they have the one of the bioluminescent bays. Not only was the glowing waters a site to see the food there was amazing. I am looking forward to returning back to Puerto Rico, where the locals are super friendly and make you feel right at home. One of the better vacations that my family has experienced. Thank you Carlos for all of your hospitality. Hope to be back soon.

This oceanfront condo is exactly as described. We stayed for a week. Rooms are spacious, view is beautiful, the walk to nearby Jobos is just short enough to walk by beach. Loved that it's gated and we could keep surfboards in the Jeep and felt very safe. The entire complex was very beautiful and accommodating. Lots of activities to keep us all 6 of us busy. We would definitely choose to stay here again, which I hope is soon!

We have used this website on several occasions in the past and have always been pleased with the properties we have stayed at. However, this property was truly special. The level of attentiveness the owners gave us was unexpected and made us feel truly welcome. Carlos always answered the phone or called us right back while we were there, and helped us find different places we wanted to go. The accomodations were clean and updated. The views are spectacular! I loved falling asleep every night to the sound of the ocean. This is a definite "revisit" for our next trip to PR. If I could suggest anything, it would be to have a guestbook available where guests could leave their remarks when they leave, as well as a larger library of brochures for excursions and restaurants in the area.

Great Stay on the Beach

This is a great apartment to stay in with a direct view of the beach. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and looked just like the photos. We could even see the Milky Way one night while enjoying the huge top deck. The apartment is in between both Jobos and Shacks Beach. The owner, Ruth is so very nice and would call us to make sure all was going well. We had a great vacation in a great place!

Wonderful vacation with peace and relaxation. This unit is really a spectacular 3rd floor beachfront beauty. You see the bright blue ocean constantly from your over-sized private veranda because you are really in a beachfront unit. Upon arriving, the apartment was exact as the pictures. Place was very spacious and impeccable; NO misleading pictures, Constant breeze. Had everything we needed. Outside grounds were clean, secure and quiet... With regards to the Owner: - Class Act!. Puts personal touch to make you feel at home: - had stocked the condo with items to make stay more comfortable including some none perishable foods, -Was always responsive to any questions/needs while we were there. -Very easy to work with (fair and honest). We are looking forward to requesting again next year!

We loved our stay in this condo!! Great location and amenities. The apartment is fully equip and very comfortable. Ruth was so helpful with suggestions and general information about restaurants and places to go. We had a great family short vacation and recommend it to anybody who is looking for tranquility, exploring beautiful beaches, and interacting with friendly and wonderful people!!

The property was amazing for our family. It was very nicely decorated and there was everything we needed available and much more. The location was also incredible between Shack and Jobos. We went almost every day to both of the spots. We also discovered lost of very nice beach around (from Isabella to Rincon). The week spent there went very fast. We will surely recommend your property to all of our colleges and friends. Thank you again Ruth and Carlos and hope to come back soon.

A very relaxing time

We had a great time. The apartment is a great space for relaxing with loved ones. Fully equiped with very comfortable living areas and enough space for everyone. We specially enjoyed the deck on the second floor where we could watch the sunset. We loved that owners we're very detailed oriented and everything was very clean and organized. Just steps away from the beach

Wonderful week in Isabela

We just returned home from our visit to Isabela. This apartment was 10 minutes away from the Airport in Aguadilla. We arrived late at night and Carlos was there to meet us, he even drove out to help us easily find our way. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and spacious. My wife, two teenage daughters and my mother in-law came for the week. We all had lots of room. The 2nd floor master suite had two gorgeous views from the deck, one of the mountains, and of the ocean. The first floor had a gorgeous view of the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped. There was even some fruit and coffee for us. The pool is right around the corner with an exercise room right there. There was a volleyball net right outside our building. The apartment is on the the beach and perfect for a long walk. From the apartment you can walk down to Jobos beach to swim. We went horseback riding on the beach.There was something for everyone to do. Carlos told us about some great restaurants in the area, and things to do.We truly enjoyed every minute, and would visit again.

This facility was ideally located for our family reunion, very spacious, and right on the waterfront. The unit was very clean, relatively new in appearance, and well-provisioned. Access is through a security gate and we felt very safe here. The owner, Ruth, is responsive and attentive to guest needs. We would definitely stay here again! The area where the facility is located, near Jobos Beach, is simply beautiful! Having two assigned parking spots was very helpful. Bring your own flashlights as the exterior stairwells are unlit, and are pitch black at night. There are exterior lights in place, but they were turned off for the whole apartment complex for the duration of our stay. There was internet access through a single ethernet cable. We brought our own travel wireless modem so that all family members could post reunion photos on Facebook. There is no elevator to this upper level condo, so plan accordingly.

One of the nicest apartments we had ever seen!

We spent there one extremely perfect week around the New Year 2011. The apartment was really nice, so beautiful and homely decorated with all the little details, such as greenery, paintings, seashells etc… The kitchen was very well-equipped, and one of the best things in the whole apartment was the huge roof-top terrace with the amazing sea-view, sun beds, and bbq. There were also gym, swimming pool, and beach volley court on the yard! The apartment was just on the beachfront, and the beach was very quiet and tens of miles long, so it was perfect for walking or jogging, as well as for horseback riding (the stables are only a few miles away!). The beach is also one of the Puerto Rico’s best breaks for surfing, so usually it’d be a perfect spot for surfers or those who just wanna watch the show :) During our holiday the swell was coming from wrong direction, so the nearest workable surf spots were still only 15 minutes drive away, because the location is just perfect on the very north-east corner of the island, so there’s always good waves somewhere around! Other activities were for example scuba diving, golf and shopping, there are big premium outlets (Barceloneta) within one hour drive. The owners, Ruth and Carlos are lovely, they made sure that we are alright and that everything’s good, and they’re willing to give us all the information and tips about the restaurants and attractions nearby. The entire holiday in Puerto Rico was perfect, thanks to the amazing accommodation which was really worth it, we all loved it and want to come back soon!!

Words can not exprese the beauty and luxury of this place. From the view to the decor I would change one thing about it. The attention to decor in the place is just gorgeous you feel like you are in living in a decor magazine. A rental car in necessary to get to local sites and resturants. I would stay there again anytime I visit Puerto Rico and I plan to again real soon. .

The best view i have ever seen in my entire life! got up in the morning drank my cup of joe staring at the ocean. so many things to do in the apartment and in jobos beach. never a dull moment surfed everyday and drank coco loco on jobos beach. the apartment is very clean and beautiful the owners are very helpful and very nice when we arrived. i would recommend this property to anyone that is going to to puerto rico.

Gorgeous Oceanfront easily walkable to Jobos

We loved our stay at Ruth and Carlos' beautiful apartment. The property is just as lovely as described if not more lovely. It was very clean and well maintained and the owners were extremely helpful, wanting to make sure our stay was perfect. We will definitely come back and will certainly recommend to others. We alternated between spending our mornings walking the beach, swimming at Jobos and searching the tide pools for treasures and the afternoons laying in the shallow end of the beautiful swimming pool before jumping into the deep end to cool off. We will also miss the roadside empanada stand and the fish tacos at Machete Rojo, as well as looking to the right to see if they are surfing at Jobos; all are super close. The kids played basketball and tennis when they wanted a break from ocean and pool. It would be very difficult to stay at Ruth and Carlos' and not a wonderful vacation.

Isabela vacation home is lovely

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful apartment on the beach. The home was clean and nicely decorated, the pool was perfect for kids (4 kids ages 7 - 15) and the beautiful beach was literally steps from the apartment. The only downside to the beach was that there was a good deal of coral and waves, so not so great for swimming (bring water shoes!). In the apartment it would have been helpful to have additional bureaus for clothes, more beach towels/chairs and some written information about what to do about the garbage, contact information for the property manager, a list of fun activities and/or places to eat near by, and how to get to a supermarket. All and all, however, it is was a fabulous vacation spot! We can't wait to go back.

A beautiful condo on a very quiet beach

Our whole family enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful and there was enough room for all six of us. We could hear the ocean from our bedrooms and spend evenings stargazing. It was quiet and we had the beach to ourselves most of the time. We chose not to rent a car, but that was our only mistake... We were welcomed very kindly and warmly and Carlos was also very helpful. The surroundings are not invaded by tourists and are simple and seem local. Plus, the people in general were very nice with us. A lot of people speak English, so we didn't practice much our Spanish... We really didn't want to go back home at the end of our vacation... We'd love to go back!

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers.

We stayed at this lovely beachfront home in July 2009. We were extremely happy with our accomodations. The views are incredible! It is immaculate and decorated very nice. The kitchen is a little small, but we made it work. Could use a better coffee maker. Also, there is only one TV in the condo, and is located in the upstairs bedroom/suite. It ended up being a blessing for us, because our kids watched no TV while we were there. But for those who like to sit around and watch TV, it might be an issue. Also, the bedroom downstairs w/ the 2 twins should have a small night stand of some sort. Again, not a deal-breaker, but it would improve the room. The owners are extremely kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to take care of any issues that arose, and to make sure we enjoyed our stay in their home. Overall, we were very pleased with this property. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is perfect, very spacious, clean, equipped with everything you need. The location is great, facing the ocean and very private within the complex, pool is one minute away. The area is near great restaurants, beaches and activities, and finally the owners are very friendly and willing to please the guests.
