Our summer house is practically brand new--built in 2004! Located on Lake Shore Drive just steps to Stop 16 Beach. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and long walks on the best stretch of beach in Indiana.
The house has 3 bedrooms (One king-size bed, one queen size bed, and 2 sets of bunkbeds.) The main level has a large, open great room, 2 bedrooms and a full bath with Jacuzzi steam shower.
The lower level has a bedroom with 2 sets of bunkbeds, a great family room where the kids can hang out and another full bathroom. An extra-large capacity washer and dryer are also available on this level.
The back yard has a deck and natural gas grill, and a Weber charcoal grill is also available. The front porch is covered and has 2 hanging swing chairs and Adirondack chairs to enjoy a lazy afternoon reading or just watching the world go by.
If you need a break from the beach, fabulous shopping, dining and antiquing are just minutes away!

Weekend rentals available prior to Memorial Day and after Labor Day.
Off season rates available. Long term rates available.
$500 damage deposit refundable upon inspection of unit.
