The property has a large enclosed outdoor shower and a driveway accommodating up to 5-6 vehicles.
As an extra amenity, 5 beach badges are provided which allow renters to swim in the resident-only swimming pools and to enjoy free entrance to the beach. It also includes a cabana at the North Pavilion in Spring Lake which provides storage for beach chairs, toys, etc.
