3 Bedroom, 2 Bath 1900 Square Foot Rambler. Set up for your vacation, full kitchen, cozy living room including gas fireplace & separate nice recreation area including pool table & dart board. Also, WiFi if you need to work while vacationing. Small video library, basic cable, stereo with cd player. Large back deck with Gas BBQ, & patio table as well as horse shoe pits. Right on the canal at Sandy Point. Access to 1/2 of our private 60' dock (includes freshwater access & fish cleaning station) may be available depending on availability at time of reservation. If our dock is not available, we are 200 yards from the boat launch. Finally, RV hookup including Septic and Power for the extra space you may want for family and friends.
